長灘飯店(Inn of Long Beach)

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a motel. Although the desk clerk was friendly, the condition of the room was so bad, that we left after two hours. Fortunately we were able to get a refund through Travelocity! This motel should have negative 10 stars for a rating! Being a basic motel shouldn’t mean that it’s filthy!

The host during check in was very pleasant and helpful. Free parking at the hotel was great. However the property had not been maintained. The walk to the room was past the dumpster and through not well maintained cinder block hall. The room smelled strongly of vinegar and cleaning product. The room itself was in need of update, but clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The AC functioned, but had not been maintained and did not blow clean air into the room. The bathroom was updated, but the shower could not be turned on. Any more force would have broken the plastic knob. Would not return.

Room was decent, motel style. The a/c worked well (80 F weather). Floor was initially not cleaned, but they got it during the 2nd day refresh cleaning.

We booked the hotel because it had a pool and jacuzzi. The pool was green and the jacuzzi was broken. Lots of people on ***** screaming in the neighborhood.

Gross, dirty, disgusting! Non smoking room that wreaked of smoke, cigarette burns in the bed covers and blankets. We bought some cleaning supplies to clean and everything thing we wiped down was dirty, dusty ! Hair all over the bed and pillows . This place is years overdue for a deep clean and fumigation! Spend a bit more and stay anywhere else! We had to wash all of our clothes when we got home because of the Smokey smell, even stuff we didn’t wear! Oh , and you’re welcome for cleaning the filter on the ac unit! So dirty!

Waited over 20 minutes at check out window. No assistance with reservation.

Huele demasiado a cigarro la habitación. Es muy caro el costo para lo que es. Las cobijas tenían cabellos blancos.

Me gusto el area donde esta ubicado !! No me gusto el mantenimiento !! Falto algo de limpieza !! Y la atencion al cliente fue buena !!

Yes the place is old and that was expected. But what isn’t expected is the dirtiness of the room. If the sheets didn’t smell like bleach not sure I’d have felt comfortable to sleep in the bed. But it met our needs only to sleep.
