長灘機場駐橋套房飯店

在洛杉磯旅行了大約十天後，我們非常喜歡自助洗衣服務。早餐和每日下午茶（大約下午5點到7點）的食物都非常美味。房間裡有微波爐和全套餐具，這真的讓我們非常滿意。

總的來說，我在長灘斯泰布里奇酒店的體驗非常棒，員工熱情周到，設施齊全。房間很棒，乾淨整潔，離附近的瑪麗皇后號郵輪很近，非常適合參加派對。

位置非常好，前往 LGB 機場很方便

They gave us key card for HC room we reserved, but it had not been cleaned and really messed up. I MEAN REALLY MESSED UP! We are elderly and Mom is disabled, so was difficult having to go back down to the lobby with large bags and ask for another room. They then do not have HC room we reserved available without long wait for them to clean room. We really need a room and we have to take none HC room, just to get a room so M9m can rest. Not an easy check in and Mom could not shower as they had no HC room clean and she needs HC shower. Oh well. Bummer.

Room was clean, breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful always cleaning and making sure food was filled, front desk clerk was not so helpful (male) shuttle bus was not on time luckily i planned to wake up early (every half hour) we were there at 620am and was told the next bus would be available at 7. Laundry facility washers were working but dryer was not producing hot air.

Property under construction, only had one working dryer and people had to wait to wash and dry clothes. Had to pay $15 / day parking to park at hotel but got two days waived by downloading IHG app. The employees were very helpful and nice. The area wasn’t to bad to stay at.

The location is excellent and the staff are very friendly. However, during our one-night stay, the power in our room went out at least five or six times. It did not seem to affect the entire hotel, and I am not sure if it was only our room. Strangely, the bedside lamp was the only light that continued to work, which was quite unbelievable. I called the front desk three times to request assistance. Each time, the power was restored temporarily, but it went out again within less than half an hour. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that no rooms were available. As a result, our whole family had to use our phones as light while showering. Since we were only staying for one night, we eventually went to bed early. This was one of the most unusual hotel experiences we have ever had. Our room was on the 4th floor, while other members of our family stayed on the 6th floor without any issues at all. Hotel needs to fix this problem if they still want to continue to run better.
