Oh, what a disaster. first of all trying to find this place from the Long Beach airport was a challenge and itself when we arrived there were people standing outside. The people on the desk barely spoke good English. They had notified us that we would have no air-conditioning, but they did not tell us we weren’t gonna have any heat. during the nigh We were absolutely freezing, they had a miniture space heater on the table that didn’t do anything we couldn’t take a shower because it was so cold in the room that it was uncomfortable. There was no telephone in the room so we had to get out of bed get dressed go down to the front desk to complain about the TV , they said they had a shuttle to restaurants when we tried to book it they told us it was gonna be at least two more hours which meant that we weren’t gonna eat until 9 o’clock. They charged 150/$200 deposit for the room so when we went to check out, I insisted that they go to the room and check it out because we left it spotless when I spoke to the manager about how uncomfortable we were and how disappointed we were she contacted me and said that she would give us a 50% discount on our room which she has not done, once again, the hotel did not fulfill their commitment, I would rather sleep in a tent, then go back to this hotel. On a positive note, the room was exceptionally clean.
