Fantastic sea view apartment in historic building with free parking

Great place and convenient location, very clean and good facilities. Getting into the building was a little confusing but the lady at the reception was happy to help out. Luis was great at messaging to help out, answer any questions, and check that everything was going well.

Carlos was attentive to details and willing to help at any point. The room is in the middle of things in LB and a 5 min walk to the beach.

Pleasant 5 night stay during Long Beach Grand Prix It is a nice little studio condo, that was very convenient for the event. It was clean, with a nice full kitchen. The building seemed to have good security. It was nice to have parking in the garage around the corner. The host was very responsive to my questions.

Amazing views and location Especially communication was beyond great and quick. Luis was an amazing host. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed, it also offers great views and is within minutes walking distance to the water. Thank you for letting me stay at your beautiful place. Perfect! Great place with a cozy bed and nice location. I stayed for a conference and it was a convenient location to get to the local hotels and shopping areas. The building was very cool since it was a historic site and I liked exploring the history of it!

Work trip stay Excellent location! Conveniently located near a grocery store and a variety of restaurants, with just a short walk to the waterfront. Perfect spot for my extended stay—everything I needed was close by. Highly recommend!
