The remodeled full bath is conveniently located between the two bedrooms with a spacious shower and tub for sandy little ones. The location is ideal for beach enthusiasts and those seeking tranquility in and around the water. The bay and ocean, just steps away, offers opportunities for swimming, a water playground, paddle boarding, kayaking or simply taking leisurely walks or bike rides along the bike path downtown to the Queen Mary. The area offers courts for pickle ball or basketball and handball enthusiasts. The living room space features a large smart TV with premium subscriptions available, as does the primary bedroom. The full bathroom is equipped with amenities you would expect such as a hair dryer, and natural hair and body products. No exceptions. Be kind to our neighbors. * Charges for cleaning or repair of furnishings due to misuse will be assessed. * We allow one small / medium dog with a per stay pet fee. Costs for damage to furniture, rugs, walls etc. that cannot be cleaned and must be replaced will be assessed to the guest. * Owners maintain a private suite on premises upstairs that they use when they are in town. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music or parties will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors.
