房間很小，勉強夠放兩件行李。早餐選擇有限，性價比不高，所以我不建議額外付費。他們也不提供客房服務。不過，飯店位置很棒——離伯爵府站步行不遠，方便在倫敦四處走走。

服務不錯，而且房間有冷氣很適合夏天去

絕對令人震驚的是，提出的投訴甚至沒有被承認，沒有提到任何窗口。 每個人只有 1 個枕頭，而不是 2 個，沒有什麼好東西可以買，比如快餐，不得不去城裡，令人震驚的是，不會再來了，因為忽略了投訴，而不是承擔讓前一個人的髒衣服掛在周圍的責任

除了辦理入住和退房的那位女士之外，一切都很順利。還是那位女士。她給人的感覺不太熱情，也不友善。我們入住時，她說話很快，我們聽不懂。退房時，她表現得非常粗魯。我覺得她應該更友善、更熱情，解釋得也更清楚，就像前台一樣。

Very nice hotel , but bed was smaller than average double and duvet didn’t actually fit bed . When we come into hotel staff was actually sitting at lounge tables having a chat and eating not a good impression.

Very small room, was not value for money and difficult if there is more than one person staying. The hair dryer was already broken in the room and the bathroom was small and dirty from extensive previous use. Would not stay here again since there are cheaper hotels which are much better value for money.

攜程這間房掛的是有窗：實際是地下監獄天窗。 120英鎊住這樣的房間。 房間設施都很新。 對於房間小，是有預期的，但是洗手間的馬桶，兩側靠牆，非常擠。房間小到很難把一個24寸行李箱在地面平鋪打開。 寄存行李要收費，很讓人意外，預訂時平台沒有任何提示。

整體來說，我的住宿體驗非常棒！接待很熱情，房間漂亮舒適。價格絕對令人驚喜！但有兩個問題：一是天窗的陽光太多，沒有辦法遮擋，很不方便。此外，電視一直凍結，可能需要維修或調整。除此之外，一切都很完美，我真的很享受我的住宿！

酒店職員好幫忙，房間風筒，突然壞了。職員很快就拿新嘅給我服務很好，每位職員很有禮貌。

我推薦的好位置！ ！

Hair Dryer was broken and sink was a bit blocked with stuff coming out of it from the previous user. Other than that the LED lights were cool and the price was decent for the location.
