I’ve been staying at Travelodge Lewisham for about 7 days now, and I make it a point to come down for 15–20 minutes each day just to chat a bit at the reception. Viktoria and Vinod are always the same — smiling, professional, helpful, and really uplifting. They manage everything so smoothly, and their positive attitude really makes my day. I’ve stayed at other hotels before where the staff were responsive on the first day but after that, barely interacted. Here, it’s completely different — every single day they’ve been attentive, caring, and multitasking like pros. Honestly, they make this hotel feel special, and I’m definitely coming back again and again

I had a great stay at Travelodge Lewisham. The check-in was simple and was answered all my questions with a smile. Vinod and Viktoria were really friendly from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was comfy, the shower worked perfectly, and it felt safe and quiet. The hotel itself is in a good location with shops and transport nearby. Thanks to Vinod and Viktoria, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free.

The staff here, especially Vinod and Viktoria, were very kind and welcoming. They really try their best to make guests comfortable. The hotel is in a convenient location and the room was tidy and well-kept. The only small problem was that the TV remote didn’t work properly and I had to ask for a replacement. Luckily, Vinod sorted it quickly. Nice stay overall and will come back again.

The room was nice, tidy, and had everything I needed. I did experience a bit of noise from other guests, but when I told the reception, Viktoria handled it professionally and made sure it didn’t continue again. Vinod was also great and very friendly whenever I passed by reception. Good stay with very supportive staff

The room was well maintained as well as the rest of the hotel. The staff at Lewisham were welcoming and attentive. They consistently showed care and you can see they are passionate about caring for their guests. Thank you to Inez, Elaine, Viktoria, Deborah and Vinood for your care towards myself and my children during our 3 and a half week stay.

Mijn vrouw en ik hebben één overnachting gehad in dit hotel. Wij zijn vlot opgevangen door Grace bij de receptie die ons ook tipte op enkele bezienswaardigheden. Een degelijk hotel met kamers die eenzelfde kwalificatie krijgen in een bruisende buurt met veel winkels en eettentjes. In de ochtend hebben wij genoten van het heerlijke Engelse ontbijt wat werd verzorgd goor Debbie en Inez. Wij hebben ervan genoten.

Had to stay a few days with family. Good warm rooms and heat was easy to adjust. Breakfast was warm and reliable. Elaine and Inez were especially welcoming at breakfast.
