酒店距離 DLR Beckton 只需步行4分鐘。 酒店只有一間餐廳供應早午晚餐。最接近的商店是6分鐘步行距離外的麥當勞，Asda超市，立陶苑菜館等小量商店。 酒店如需執拾房間需於當天中午前通知前台，結果是通知後當晚返回房間發現並無執房。除此以外，前台員工態度良好，樂於解答客人的問題。

酒店是360度值得的。房間、服務、食物、位置：非常好。從希思羅機場出發，乘坐伊麗莎白線 + 輕軌，步行 100 米即可抵達。前往斯坦斯特德機場，在 100 米處乘坐巴士，20 分鐘即可抵達斯特拉特福車站。步行100米，您就與城市相連了。強烈建議。

Genuinely, couldn’t ask for a better place to take my other half for a weekend in London to stay. Why? The Staff. They have been so kind in their service and welcome, we were both astonished. They genuinely cared for us. Special special gratitude to Alex who has gone the extra mile and made our room into a home. Other than great personality of staff and their hospitality, the location of the hotel is perfect for travelling to central London, both train and bus routes. Just a stones throw away from a massive Asda, and a gentle walk to Lidl for their morning bakeries. Honestly, the staff made it all. Thank you to Alex and the team, hope to see you again!

I have stayed here af number of times for ComicCon at Excel London. Alexandra, who booked us in, was great and was easily the most responsive and helpful person I have dealt with at this hotel. An asset to be sure.

Excellent hotel for business travel, with cosy rooms and superbbreakfast. Situated in a trategic location. Close to DLR which connect to Elizabeth line @ London Heathrow, Clise to bus stop and Supermarket.

This is the cleanest Premier Inn I have ever stayed in, excellent. Staff very polite. Bed lovely and comfy, choice of pillows.

我和我的夥伴在 Excel 參加會議期間住在這裡。 貝克頓 DLR 車站就在隔壁，出遊非常方便。酒店本身非常舒適。房間舒適、整潔。工作人員非常友好，非常樂意提供協助，飯店還設有一間餐廳供客人用餐。馬路對面還有很多商店和一家麥當勞，如果你更喜歡麥當勞而不是餐廳的話。 對我們個人來說唯一的缺點就是電視。我們不喜歡直播電視，而且電視也無法存取任何線上串流服務，所以如果您喜歡直播電視，請注意。帶上筆記型電腦或火棒（但這只是個人喜好，所以不會影響我對酒店的評價）總的來說，這是一家可愛的酒店，我們計劃在未來參加任何會議時再次住在這裡。

Perfect location for ExCel with onsite parking and the DLR station a couple of minutes walk away. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well maintained. The beds were really comfortable and the food at the Brewers Fair next door was good. Even though the hotel is next to the train station, a busy junction and close to London City airport, the window glazing provided really good sound proofing from the outside world. Will definitely look to stay here again when visiting the ExCel centre.

In all honesty, it depends what you're staying at this hotel for. In the nicest way, it is very antique. The bathroom isn't the nicest. They give you facilities for you to have a hot drink. Personally, I stayed in the Autumn and it was fairly cold. However, my room was very warm. VERY WARM! The Air conditioning was blowing out hot air and I couldn't change the setting. I was fine with it, however, if you're a hot person in general, you would've overheated in that room! Overall, I turned off the air conditioning my whole trip and left the window open in the day. The bathroom was very old, the water pressure was a bit meh, but it did the job. The TV worked. The Wi-Fi is slow and you have to pay £5 for the Ultimate Wi-Fi. In all honesty, for the extra £20 I would pay for a Premier Inn Plus room at another branch. Someone above me had HEAVY feet and woke me up with their stomping around at 6am in the morning. I didn't complain because I am not a petty person. However, I regretted not bringing ear plugs with me because it was highly annoying. With that being said, the floor boards are THIN. There is an ASDA and a McDonalds across the road if you want to get snacks. Like I said, it depends what you're staying here for. If you just need a bed and a shower for the night, then this hotel is for you. If you're looking for a nice hotel, with functioning Air-conditioning and strong wi-fi for free then pay the extra money for a Premier Inn Plus room.
