Stayed here for 1 day before going to Belgium for Tomorrowland. I picked a random hostel and I chose this one. I do like the nearby cafe but it’s about 10-15m walk from the London Eye and Big Ben. The room value was cheap but you have to rent your own towel to shower. Fairly decent bed as I’m usually used to 4-5 star hotels like Hilton, Hyatt, Conrad, Shangri-La, Marriott but I had to prep myself for camping at Tomorrowland. If I was definitely on a budget, as London is fairly expensive id stay here again BUT make sure you get some noise cancellation as it gets noisy from others trying to open the door. I organised my son's year 6 leavers prom at the hotel and the service received was exceptional. Special thanks to Abbie & Lauren who were amazing from start to finish nothing we asked for was too much for them. The children had an amazing time and the food & DJ that the hotel supplied were really good. I will definitely be recommending that the school use the Holiday Inn for any future leavers proms.
訪訪客My partner and I arrived at the hotel on Thursday. The first room we were given did not have a working AC. The staff moved us to a different room. The next morning we kept hearing banging sounds coming from above and we found out that our room was under a gym. We were then moved again to a room that was so small it was almost claustrophobic and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. When we asked to move rooms again, the staff lied and told us that the hotel was fully booked, however when we looked online, there were plenty of rooms available. Overall, this was a terrible experience for both of us. The rooms are also too expensive for what they offer and they charge 10 pounds for storing your bags or for a blowdryer. Most London hotels will not charge for either. We stayed here because we thought the hotel would be offer us a nice and modern experience, but we were unpleasantly surprised.
