With Wimbledon tennis tickets booked, and needing a place to stay for two nights, I came upon this gem of a find in a nice quiet part of Wimbledon, but within 10 minutes of the centre of the village. Welcoming, comfortable, and peaceful, it really ticked every box.

Stayed here for longer than I anticipated even during the pandemic near start of 2020. The bathroom was filled with mold and dust the room l was in had a water leak as water drain out from under the bed and from just outside the bedroom door which was located just in front of the toilet/bathroom. The kitchen can spell rotten like grease there are rats running around outside. Would of been good if the landlady wasn't drunk at times she can be so nice then two-faced depends how far you're up the financial ladder for her to regard you as her friend/their friend they don't treat everyone as the same the landlady was taking about me when she didn't think I was listening as she said to her partner "what's the hell is Nicolas putting the rubbish here for"? as I had put some plastic bottles just by the kitchen sink, well one l wasn't instructed where to put it and secondly I wasn't one of their cleaning employees so she didn't have a right talking about me nor anyone in the same situation no matter who she thinks she is. The reviews are overrated as you haven't experience what l did and any new customers your most likely get the red carpet treatment after they see this review just to cover up they're aren't two faced with a fake charm! Especially if you are rich and have been fortunate to work all your life without problems like autism and PTSD, hypotension. Despite my own personal experience with the owners l would recommend a proper hotel not any guesthouse especially this one the state of it was completely disgusting even if they have fixed it lf l was you l would completely avoid this place!
