DDavoudWe had a great stay! The staff were very friendly, especially James who checked us in—he was extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and having a refrigerator and microwave added a lot of convenience. Overall, a pleasant experience

Other hotels nearby were £300-£400 plus, we paid £190 for our room, for that you get no frills, by that I mean a clean bed and towels but no toiletries. The stickyback plastic covering had come away from the bottom of the shower. The floorboards creaked badly when you walked around the room (felt sorry for the people underneath) and the carpet had clearly seen better days. A nice long mirror in the room but no plugs nearby to do your hair or make up. Lighting not efficient for either of those tasks, wall light barely hanging on the wall and the general look of the room was very dated and shabby. For the money we expected a nicer room than we got and with a little money and effort it could have been. So for us not a particularly pleasant stay.
AAzizThe owner of this hotel is very helpful. The room looks tiring and not properly kept. But the basic necessities are all there, kitchen with kitchenette, iron board, kettle, microwave, tv, hairdryer, also in house washing machine which is very useful indeed. Very near to the tube, bus station and shops, restaurants. 10 mins walk to car park which cost £7.50 whole day.
With the price the owner should do some house renovation. Anyway my reason to be in London is not to stay in the room so this condition did not affect me. Will come again.
