倫敦的 3 星級飯店

工作人員很棒!入住過程順利,容易,房間很大很乾淨,很容易得到額外的毛巾(Kudos家政!),早餐很完美,我只是喜歡他們的工作人員是多麼友好和樂於助人。我和朋友一定會再住在這裏,當我們在倫敦!

我和丈夫在另一家酒店預訂了,這簡直太可怕了,所以我們在最後一分鐘開車去了倫敦的假日套房酒店。前台服務員Ricken簡直太棒了。他迅速把我們預訂到一個很棒的房間,讓我平靜下來。他的善良和活力受到極大的讚賞。我們其餘的住宿同樣精彩。感謝我們在倫敦假日酒店接觸的所有工作人員。

Excellent service from the staff, very clean and comfortable room. The staff at this hotel were very accommodating from making the reservations to checking in and out. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning.

喜歡這家酒店的風格，雙牀房間就是一個套間，房間和衛生間都很大，這點最滿意，乾淨衛生，地理位置不錯，早餐有一些單調

If you are very budget conscious, and your only concern is a clean bed to sleep in, this will meet your needs. We checked in during the Brier so rooms in the downtown area were scarce. The only rooms available here were their studio rooms. One had a kitchenette and the other did not. The one without the kitchenette had a small fridge with a microwave seated on top and a coffee maker on top of the microwave. It was dark and very small. There was little space around the bed. The heater/AC unit was situated next to the bed. As it was very warm in the room, we turned the AC on. But we had to turn it off when we went to bed as the cold air was blowing directly on the person sleeping on that side. The bed was very firm. The other limited furnishings (there was not place to unpack your clothes) were old. The tub in the bathroom was very narrow and dangerous to stand in as you showered; it was an old fashioned tub with curved sides and a very narrow flat surface so you had pressure on your ankles as you stood there. The staff were friendly and overall it was clean. But, I would not recommend for more than a 1 or 2 night stay and then only if you can't find anything else or are looking for cheap accommodations.

單單指入住的感受，這裏還是不錯的。但是重複收了房費。入住時已經問了一次，說是押金，退房的時候退還，結果退房的時候還是扣了我的錢。還好攜程的服務還是不錯的，成功退款了。

酒店離401公路的186出口很近，在一個酒店羣裏，選擇空間很大。到市區開車15分鐘，位置不是很偏，有免費的停車場。房間裝修比較新，傢具設施比較好，乾淨整潔。房間有一個mini廚房，鍋碗瓢盆等廚具齊全，可以自己做一頓比較像樣的中餐。前台還可以提供電飯鍋做米飯。有投幣洗衣機和烘乾機，我們幾乎天天洗衣服，很方便。房間門隔音不是很好但晚上睡覺還是比較安靜。餐廳有一個陽光房，很愜意，早餐品種很多，可以享受一頓豐盛，悠閑的西式早餐。前台服務態度很好，我由於航班比較晚提出免費延遲2小時退房，主管也很爽快的同意了，我們感到很愉快。酒店周圍商場和餐館很多，我們給朋友買的禮物就在附近的商店購買的。酒店有一個很大的免費停車場，居然還有2個充電樁，為旅客考慮的非常周到。總之這是一家非常不錯的酒店。值得推薦！

The Ivey Leadership Centre is very close to University Hospital. Although in the heart of the city, because of the spacious and beautiful grounds, you feel like you are in the country. The accommodations are excellent (super comfortable beds!) and the staff friendly. They are also very accommodating if special requirements are needed. It is the place to stay in London.
