倫敦福朋喜來登套房飯店(Four Points by Sheraton London)

Good facilities, room was a bit off a walk away from the lobby. Not the greatest view from the room but the room was clean, bed was comfy and quiet. The pool was well maintained and had a unique arcade room. Unfortunately it ate my quarters… Will stay here again!

Great hotel and very relaxing and friendly

We had ants in our room. They sprayed it but they didn’t go away. There were two small centipedes in the shower. And the shower door didn’t close. The staff kept apologizing. My husband went to the front desk to ask for a refund of some sort, but the manager said they could only offer us a free coffee or breakfast. Said because we booked through ******* there was nothing he could do.

Nice entrance and friendly staff. We We’re there for business but do like to shower and keep clean. The towels are grey and old, ready for the garbage should upgrade the hotel towels. We requested daily housekeeping as 2 of us were sharing a room, but disappointed that did not happen. Funny they had a kitchen faucet for the bathtub, interesting .

It took a whole day to get a bathing soap, pillow covers had dark stains!!! The four points by Sheraton that I stayed in Nigeria is far far better than the one I stayed 3 nights in London Ontario.

booked for a en suite, tower with balcony, & jacuzzi.. didn’t get any of that but a very small bath tub. very disappointed with the money i spent to not get what it said it included.

The room was small and not very clean. The sink was cracked, the lock for the sliding glass door is barely holding on. The hallways were loud with screaming and running children until well after midnight.
