The Upper Deck 度假村

Had a very bad experience. Visited this place with my kids and mom who’s an elderly citizen. The security and the gate and person at the reception was really insensitive and rude. We wanted to look around the property and have food in the restaurant that was open to all guests. We were not allowed inside and they told us to leave. We informed that we have not come to stay since the resort was full, we just wanted to check the property and taste food. However we were bluntly denied. If this is the way guests are treated then it’s not long that the brand will be tarnished and they will regret the high handed attitude. Also a loss for them as I came with an intention to check the property for events purposes as I’m heading the HR department of a large financial institution. Great I got a flavour of their pathetic business sense and behaviour. I’ll not be returning to this place again and will definitely share my feedback in my network.

Horrible service, bad hygiene, very badly planned rooms. Rooms has a direct viewnfor PPL who passed so we were on full display not tinted film or plants for privacy. Don't book this ever. Even the blankets were stinking . The the breakfast idli was stale

I came today to Upper Deck Resort for a wedding, my friend's room was very nice and the food was very good. Food thesis lovely jaye sa main taz main Kahanaa rahaa hu

Very nice location. Rooms and food service is excellent The staff here is very friendly, they provide very good service to the guests, so I am very happy with their services, 😃😃

Such n excellence restaurant we ever had our breakfast .amazing spreads .the breakfast service was delightful with a good variety of options to choose from . The food was well presented.. staff was courteous and ensured everything was taken care of . The over all dinning experience was enjoyable . Thanks to the team .🙂

We have had a wonderful time of two days stay in the midst of rain and engulfed by cloud and fog playing hide and seek. The management was kind to give us the cottage with very good view and also offered off season discount ! The staff and customer service were good.
