Nice resort. The swimming pool have slidder which are fun to play. Food at the restaurant is good. Children's will love this place

Less than expected amenities provided by hotel

Amazingggg ambience deliciousssss food cool hospitalityyyyy....Meritas by Piccaddle rocksssssss....it was one of the best experience till date....thank you so much all the bestttttt!! Will surely recommend to friends and family!!

The overall experience was very nice. Right from check-in to thr room, the ambience, the pool and amenities, everything was great. The gamezone and the in house restaurants everything was good. Wonderful experience. Highly suggested for family getaways.

I visited this place for a vacation and to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The hotel staff is really good and helpful. The services provided are great. Food is good. 24/7 room service. Deepu Rai and his team organized all arrangements for us. They did a good job

Good clean rooms. We were upgraded to the executive rooms with pool view. Lovely gaming room for kids, clean pool and jacuzzi. Kids enjoyed the water park. Nice snacks corner next to the pool.Area is close to the lonavala market. Breakfast is good.Dinner at Picaddore was great. Drawback is water park shuts at 6 and pool at 7. They should extend both the timings. Also lot of 🦟 mosquitoes near the pool. Also water in the water park was not very clean.

We were stayed in Picaddle as it was my wife's birthday 🎂, Samma helped me a lot...while we had gone to dinner we asked them if we can get cow milk which they denied first later the Executive chef and one ***ager approached our table and asked if we want the cow milk for our daughter when we said yes they immediately said they will arrange cow milk for us in the morning. Later the staff at Veggies , Executive chef and one more ***ager came and wished my wife Happy birthday which surprised us even the arranged pastry for us which was a wonderful gesture on their part. Great Hospitality nice stay...

Had dinner in Veggies ( Meritas Picaddle . Excellent food and very good service by omprakash and team . Will visit again for sure with family and will recomend other guest also they have waterpark and swimming pool and spa also. Best time spent. Keep it up.

This was the second time I booked this resort considering my first experience was good. However, things were quite different and we did not enjoy the stay much. The bathroom drain was all chocked and even after complaining no one cared to attend it. Hot and cold water setting was incorrect, bathroom wasn't clean, fridge wasn't working, food quality has gone down and over-all the experience wasn't pleasant. Won't be coming again as I could see the standards have dropped down to what it was 2 yrs back. The only part we enjoyed was the water park and food.
