Nice resort. The swimming pool have slidder which are fun to play. Food at the restaurant is good. Children's will love this place

Less than expected amenities provided by hotel

Had an amazing stay at Meritas Picaddle Resort, Lonavala! The resort offers a perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and great hospitality. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with beautiful views. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The water park and pool were a highlight, making it a fun retreat for friends.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

One of the worst hotels to stay in Lonavla. We stayed there for 3 nights. The standard checkin time is 1pm but we got our room at 2.45pm since the room wasn’t ready. Even after repetitive calls there was no room service done for 48 hours. No bottles of water were provided on time. The slides on the garden were full of dirt. While asking the housekeeping about the same, we got to know that cleaning of slides is done only if someone requests them to do so. Children could not play on the slides as it was filled with dust everywhere and was clearly not cleaned since almost a month. The restaurant service was also a total turn off. After placing an order for cold coffee, we got to know after 45 mins that the waiter had forgotten to place the order to the chef. The jacuzzi wasn’t working for 3 days and got fixed on the day of our checkout. Overall it was a pathetic experience and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
