Nice resort. The swimming pool have slidder which are fun to play. Food at the restaurant is good. Children's will love this place

One of the worst hotels to stay in Lonavla. We stayed there for 3 nights. The standard checkin time is 1pm but we got our room at 2.45pm since the room wasn’t ready. Even after repetitive calls there was no room service done for 48 hours. No bottles of water were provided on time. The slides on the garden were full of dirt. While asking the housekeeping about the same, we got to know that cleaning of slides is done only if someone requests them to do so. Children could not play on the slides as it was filled with dust everywhere and was clearly not cleaned since almost a month. The restaurant service was also a total turn off. After placing an order for cold coffee, we got to know after 45 mins that the waiter had forgotten to place the order to the chef. The jacuzzi wasn’t working for 3 days and got fixed on the day of our checkout. Overall it was a pathetic experience and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Poor Customer Focus Behaviour of hotel staff was very rude. I had an experience that hotel is doing me a favour by allowing me to stay in their hotel. They have excuses for everything. I do not recommend anyone for stay.

Amazingggg ambience deliciousssss food cool hospitalityyyyy....Meritas by Piccaddle rocksssssss....it was one of the best experience till date....thank you so much all the bestttttt!! Will surely recommend to friends and family!!

Initially, the experience wasn’t good as we faced some issues but on second day we were escalated by the room decor and customer service. Would like to visit again.

Wonderful location close to all the local amenities and market, Excellent hotel and pool and playpark, and yes, a very sumptuous buffet breakfast, too filling and very cordial staff
