Pros: 1. Excellent location and Food (top-class restaurant) 2. Hardworking Staff 3. Reasonably Priced 4. Large and Clean Rooms 5. Fantastic Dining area in all the rooms Cons: 1. Washrooms need an upgrade - At least an Handflush 2. Free WiFi should be provided 3. Food should be covered and carried while transiting from the restaurant to the rooms. The justification given: "We are hard-pressed for time and hence covering the food will delay our service" 4. A Split AC will improve the ambience of the rooms
