The stunning picture of the Boutique resort online doesn't come close to how spectacular the resort and the surrounding area is; in reality. My family stayed their for 4 nights (with a 9 year old child) and we absolutely loved it! About the property: The boutique resort is very impressive, the wooden interiors are splendid, the spacious beds are super comfortable, the bathroom is a wonderful surprise. Location: Their beautiful beach has breathtaking sunset view, the resort is serene and quite; just a few minutes walk/cycling distant away from some fun cafes, restaurants & bars. It's a few hundred meters away from the turtle point beach where you can swim with turtles in the shallow end. Food and services: Amazing selection of scrumptious food, served by super friendly staff who go the extra mile to help the guests. A very special and heart felt thanks to the management of the resort, we got stuck in an unfortunately personal situation (won't divulge into detail) but Mike and Tina both went out of your their way to help us, a very big hug-filled thanks to them!

Hotel nuevo, espectacular villas grandes con vistas increíbles y piscina privada. Colchon, sofá y amacas muy cómodas. De sueño. Servicio excelente y comida rica, la zona es muy tranquila pero abajo hay una parada de taxis y en 5 minutos estás en el centro de Sengigi. El masaje en el Spa fue excelente. Lo menos agradable no tiene que ver con el hotel, sino que en la misma colina hay una mezquita muy activa con altavoces, no solo se oye la música de la hora de rezos desde las 4am (que tiene encanto) sino que se escuchan las oraciones y cantar durante horas y horas. Es difícil descansar y relaj**** así.

I very much warn AGAINST booking at this hotel and want to share my experience with Selong Selo on here to spare others the nightmare we experienced: This hotel essentially took our money and made it impossible to get a refund or rebooking. We had booked a stay at Selong Selo for 2020 - unfortunately Indonesia stopped tourism entries due to Covid and we were stuck discussing back and forth with the hotel, about what to do with our reservation. The first thing we realized was that communication with this hotel is extremely slow and difficult, since very single time someone new responded in what I would deem pretty bad English. Since 2020 we have sent countless emails (many left unanswered) and two years later are yet to get a refund or rebooking for our prepaid reservation of 1.500€. In this time Selong Selo staff has given us the hardest time I have ever experienced with any hotel during Covid: They set absurd deadlines for rebookings (essentially asking us to travel when there were no flights to Indonesia), downgraded the villa category we booked and then took days off our booking in case we rebooked. To be honest we don’t really see how we will get our money back and all this feels like a scam through and through. My verdict is this: Should something go wrong, you are stuck with this hotel and will lose your money. There are plenty of professional hotels in Lombok, so steer clear of Selong Selo!

這是庫塔最近新開的很棒的飯店。位置非常完美，位於酒吧和餐廳的中間。房間非常舒適，有很棒的枕頭和床。一切都非常乾淨，如果需要的話，每天都會打掃房間。每層電梯外都有一個補充水的地方，只有3層。游泳池很大，非常適合消暑或游泳。還有泳池酒吧。還有一家餐廳供應早餐，但也全天開放供應其他餐點。這家旅館最好的地方是工作人員。我從來沒有在酒店受到如此多的照顧。非常感謝 Henny、Hendri 和 Fisky。他們照顧我們，Henny 早上按照我們喜歡的方式點了煎蛋捲，所有人都帶著我的賓唐並播放我選擇的音樂。他們很友好，總是想聊天並確保你擁有所需的一切。莫斯利也會從廚房出來，確保翻轉沒有問題，可愛的男人。接待人員也很可愛，我唯一記得的名字是寶貝。給這家飯店的工作人員五顆星。不要錯過。
