In the district of Loissin-Bungalowsiedlung 2.5 km from the centre of Loissin, 6 km from the centre of Lubmin, in a quiet position, 200 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 350 m2 (fenced), small garden with lawn and wildlife garden, pond, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 2.5 km, bus stop "Loissin" 2 km, sandy beach 200 m. 3-room bungalow 70 m2. Beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and satellite TV (flat screen). Kitchenette (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Underfloor heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. On the ground floor, the rooms are connected by stairs. Fiber optic internet is available.

Really great holiday apartment with everything you need. Only 200m from the water, very quiet. We felt very comfortable and can recommend this apartment. Will definitely be repeat offenders.

Beautiful bungalow. Very clean. Everything you need is there. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you have come to the right place. Also ideal for holidays with dogs. We felt very comfortable.

Very nice little house near the Baltic Sea, very clean and very nicely furnished. Not barrier-free, but this is only for information for subsequent tenants. We will be back. Nice communication with the landlord. THANK YOU VERY MUCH
