We felt safe because we were in Logan. The city has grown and changed roads in front so it makes it difficult to get into the parking lot the first time. In the room our smoke alarm was chirping so the desk clerk provided a battery and I stood on the bed to install it. The mirror had edge lighting, but only a quarter of it worked. It made it hard for my wife in the morning. Bed was comfortable.

Everything went great. The booking was easy. The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. She continued to give me answers to numerous questions throughout my stay. The buffet was wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was wonderful with a little sitting area. Will be staying again. Great experience.

I liked the property. We were there for a sports tournament right up the street. People were all nice. Employees we’re really nice. Only complaint is the common areas could’ve been cleaner and kept up a bit better. Shower wasn’t very clean.. but.. for the price I’m not complaining. Wasn’t too bad.

Pros: The room was ample and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Pet friendly. Breakfast was ok.
Cons: Old building that needs updates. Smelly and very dirty in the halls, stairs, and public areas. Trash cans overflowing with trash. Not very clean

So dirty! The room, elevator, hallways...it was just very run down and dirty.
There was also vommit not cleaned up around the pool. So gross.
Also they do not refresh the rooms during the visit.

The stay was fine. But I was given wrong type of room, and hall on 3rd floor did not smell very good.

Tv remotes seemed to control both tvs so we battled between the two tvs each time someone changed the channel. The bathroom smelled like poop and had poop smears in the toilet when we arrived. Hot tub was SUPER hot!! Jets also didn’t work, bummed.

No hot water Saturday morning. Staff would not provide a new room in a part of the hotel where there was hot water, do a cold shower was the only option. Both facility and service from staff unacceptable in this instance.
Upon arrival, room had not been cleaned thoroughly--evidence of spills, hair in bathtub.
At the room rates charged, guests have a right to accept a higher level of quality and service. This hotel will not be revisited on our next trip to Logan.
