Flop house!! Tired to check in at noon. Room was not ready till 5:15pm. The room was run down. Have pictures. Where can I send them. Dirty. Rug was fility. I mean fllthy. No elavetor. A/C never cool the room. Juquzzi was out of service. It may be a flop house. Worst hotel I ever stayed. Need a phone number to call.

They called the cops on a single mother alone with 3 daughters! This hotel does not even deserve the 1 star review I had to give it. The photos are deceptive. It is incredibly old and smells of cigarette smoke, but I could have forgiven those problems based on the price, if it weren’t so dirty! Just to name a few problems there were hairballs under the desk, weird flat white insects under the beds and on walls, and spots and splotches all over the night stands. Worst of all though, when I went to ask the front desk for help because I am on immunosuppressant medicine which means I can get sick very easily, he was so rude and started yelling at me regardless of how polite I was. He was yelling at me about how he would call the cops on me just for saying the room was a little dirty and how he would come look at the room but if I was problem at all he’d just call the cops. I was calmly trying to explain my medical issue (with my 3 daughters present) and he just yelled “that’s it! I’m calling the cops!” Without hardly giving me a chance to speak. So my girls and I gathered up our things and started for our car but as we were leaving he actually stopped us with an officer in tow. He accused my girls of stealing blankets and pillows!! I responded that of course we are not stealing, but also who’d want to steal their nasty bedding?! The officer spoke to me briefly while my girls loaded our luggage in the car and ended with “well this is not a legal issue at all so good night, ma’m.”

installing new carpeting graduation weekend, lingering glue smell gave me a headache 2 of 4 days I was able to stay in the room. The window was open and the glass came out of the frame when trying to close it. Staff closed it then I could not reopen it for fear of getting cut by glass.

We ended up in a non smoking room but it was clear someone before us had smoked in the room, and the smell of smoke was still pretty strong.
