Staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms also were clean. While staying we did activities in the Hocking Hills State Park which for us the furthest thing away was only 30 minutes.

Large rooms, comfortable Beds, close to restaurants, and free breakfast. It was also close to all of the great things to see in Hocking Hills. I will definitely stay there again if I am in the area!

Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever received at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Beds were very comfy, and room was clean. Hot breakfast was also good with many options. However, the overall customer service experience and friendliness of the staff super seated everything. Excellent job.

When we checked in, we were greeted by a very cheerful young lady who handed us homemade cookies. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were good..The coffee was outstanding and breakfast changed everyday(and was good). Overall we had an excellent experience!

Our stay began with an awkward situation at checkin. Our 2nd night was in jepordy due to confusion (probably on my part) Hannah, at the desk, and I believe a housekeeping staffperson. Turned a negative into a positive, and we ended up having a great two nights!

Main Stay Logan
The room we had was VERY nice! It was extremely large and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was also good!

We reserved 2 nights and we only had 2 towels in our room.
We left after our first night and thought we would have the towels restocked and the room clean as the trash can was also very small.
It was not cleaned.

Friendly service!
Every single employee was so friendly and helpful. The manager was as great she stopped us while we were outside to check in and see if she could get us anything- so kind. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great! Highly recommend staying here!
