Super Hotel mit hervorragenden Personal !!!! Rezeption sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Bar top junger Mann sehr aufmerksam Frühstück top für jeden was dabei Zimmer geräumig mit großen Bad und alles sehr sauber. Kann man bestens weiterempfehlen.

I wasn’t overly impressed with Łódź! Likewise, I wasn’t impressed with this hotel. I was informed when I checked in that I couldn’t eat in the restaurant that evening as there was a function. I was even advised beforehand (when checking for places to eat) to eat in their hotel restaurant. Not good! Someone could have let me know so I could have tried to reserve a table somewhere else. There was only a McDonald’s and a small cafe nearby. So all in all a bad start. The hotel is also in a poor location - a 40 minute walk or 15 minute taxi ride from the station. Overall, a poorly located, average hotel without an accessible restaurant! Poles apart from my previous hotel in Warsaw!

This hotel suits me very well. It sits on a tram station so is very convenient if you want to get about or are coming in from Fabryczna Railway Station (No. 18 tram). The rooms are a little bit traditional but everything works. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is good. There is a park adjacent if you want a walk or cross the park to the shopping centre. The airport bus stops about half a mile down the road. If you like McDonalds, it's just next door. The main public transport interchange is just 5 minutes walk away.

The hotel is centrally located and very convenient. It is also next to a large park for walks or runs. The rooms are comfortable and have good amenities ... nothing was missing from my point of view (even had an iron which is not as common in Poland). For me, it was on top of a tram stop and it was easy to get to my client every day. Breakfast starts at 7 am and this was perfect. There is a great choice of hot and cold food and great breads. Easy walk to "Centrum" and not hard to get to and from the airport.

We stayed as part of a stopover on our way to the Baltics. The room was clean and shower was perfect. Cable channels diverse for multi languages. Free WiFi and parking convenient. Convenient store close by and a fridge in the room. Hotel staff friendly. Now…. The breakfast was fantastic!! So many choices. Recommend you don’t sleep too late and miss this.
