Hôtel de standing moyen de gamme avec des chambres propres, de petits lits peu confortables et une salle de bain avec une douche qui dispose d’un vague rideau pour vous séparer du reste des WCs en mode cabine de bateau. Le distributeur automatique de savon mousse ajouté au côté peu convivial de la chambre. L’accueil en revanche a été très chaleureux et on nous a spontanément préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter car nous quittions l’hôtel très tôt. Fonctionnel pour une nuit, dépourvu de charme.

After 1 hours waiting and geting the wrong product the owner said that you must understand that we have also other customers.😠. The yuong man on our table did not get any food today at thid restaurant! Now we came to our house and are going to make food for us!

Spend 5 nights in absence of other options in Lødingen. We knew there were some bad feedback, but was hoping things were sorted out, sadly not. Room looked like an office, no soap in the shower, no lights above bathroom mirror, terrible smell from the toilet, "office-lights" in the ceiling. No place to hang/store clothes, only pegs. After 3 nights we had to ask for cleaning. We tried the breakfast once, very little to choose from and poorly presented (next to the cashier). No dinner available after 1800 pm. Young unexperienced staff tried their best, but lacked basic training. If you really have to stay there, stay one night and bring your own breakfast. This place can not be characterized as a hotel.

Full marks for : (1) staff (Patrick) being prompt, helpful and friendly (2) room is clean and functional (3) quiet area (though construction was ongoing st the opposite block, it didn't disturb us one bit) (4) safe area - one same room key for all three individual rooms (5) ample parking

This hotel offers waterfront rooms, with fantastic views, with an affordable price. The room we booked had a great view of the water and was very large. The living area was missing a working light and was a little compact, but I had nothing else to complain about. The bedroom was very large, and was comfortable, with beautiful views of the parking lot, the water and the mountains. The bathroom was simple, but comfortable enough. The kitchen was also very good. The restaurant had a small menu and just a few tables, so we made the choice to eat elsewhere around the corner and not at this restaurant. The girl behind the counter at check-in was friendly and was able to tell us about the area and the specialties of the Lofoten, like Northern Lights and whales. The parking lot was large enough, and the nearest supermarket is no more than a 5-minute drive away.

We stopped by for a morning coffee on route to southern Lofoten, after parking up nearby and noticing lots of locals heading in. Very friendly staff, excellent cappuccinos and delicious cinnamon buns. So good in fact after spending a bit of time around town and the port we went back for lunch, enjoying the excellent fish soup and more cappuccinos. Well priced, great staff, very good and well priced food and coffee. Recommended.
