It is located at the end of a private street in Pointe West and offers stunning ocean, marsh and intercoastal waterway views. This home offers an inverted floor plan with the oversized family room/kitchen/dining area on the top floor to maximize the gorgeous views. The family room opens to a large covered deck with ample space for outdoor dining and seating overlooking the pool. The large kitchen with high-end appliances is well-stocked with pots/pans, air fryer, crockpot, Keurig and espresso machine. In addition, the top floor offers a luxurious primary bedroom and bathroom with its own private balcony to take in the nature preserve/marsh. The primary bedroom is also steps away from a private office with balcony, perfect for your zoom meetings while at the beach!This incredible home also offers a unique fourth floor reading nook to spend some quiet time with a good book. To access the second level, take the elevator or walk down the custom stairwell. Here you will find an espresso bar to greet you, in addition to 4 bedrooms and an additional family room. 3 of the bedrooms offer king-sized beds. The 4th bedroom offers custom-built tri-bunk beds and a queen bed. From the secondary family room, you can access another large covered deck with beautiful views and ample seating area with swinging bench, steps away from the pool! When you arrive on vacation the last thing you want to have to do is make all of the beds with sheets left by a linen service, so we do it for you!
