In the district of Locarno Monti, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 2.4 km from the lake. Private: large, beautiful garden (fenced) with lawn. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Stepped path (64 steps) to the house. Bus stop "Solduno, Stazione" 850 m, railway station "Solduno" 850 m, ferry "Locarno" 2.4 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore 2.4 km. 2-room house 68 m2 on 2 levels, south-east facing position. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Spacious and bright, practical and cosy furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), international TV channels and flat screen. Exit to the garden, to the terrace, south facing position. Large, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio) extra). Exit to the terrace, south-east facing position. Underfloor heating. Upper floor: 1 open room with 2 pull-out beds (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), fan. 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin. Underfloor heating. Heating available only from 20.10. to 30.04. Large garden 70 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at 150 m.
