We had a great stay. The host was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of it! The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. It was a very nice stay and i would recommend. I look forward to coming back in the future.

We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay very nice rooms a good full English breakfast and location was great for our visit of friends in Llandygwydd and a good base to visit New quay and Aberaeron . Car parking at hotel nice friendly staff and a well run hotel we did not have a evening meal but was available + cosy bar area

Lovely hosts who made us feel very welcome. Rooms very clean and nicely decorated. Food delicious - both at breakfast and in restaurant for evening meal. We loved the hot stones cooking experience! Would strongly recommend this hotel!

We were made so very welcome at Flambards and all our communication beforehand was dealt with very quickly and in such a friendly way that it really made us look forward to our stay. The rooms, as all the hotel, were spotless, fresh and comfortable and the whole atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. We enjoyed a drink in the lounge before dinner and then thoroughly enjoyed a delicious Sear and Sizzle meal in the restaurant. The food presentation was beautiful and it tasted just as good as it looked. The Vegans were really well provided for as well as the meat eater and we all thoroughly enjoyed the sear and sizzle experience. Mac and Louis were such lovely hosts, making such a happy, relaxed atmosphere for us and in spite of us only being able to stay for one night they made us feel we were properly on holiday. Breakfast was fabulous too. We'd love to go back one day and it's so convenient for trips to other wonderful places like Cardigan and New Quay.

We had a 3 night stay here and chose the hotel because of the location being walking distance from family living in Wales. The room was clean and comfortable and cleaned daily. Bottles of water provided which was nice. I loved that the breakfast times were staggered which ensured your breakfast was made hot and fresh without having to wait long at all. Staff were lovely. Would definitely return.

We chose this hotel because it looked nice and was close to where we wanted to be for one night. Have you noticed how this hotel has had no poor reviews since 2019? There is a good reason- the current owners have obviously worked extremely hard to make a comfortable, friendly, interesting hotel. We arrived ahead of check in time- no problem. Large convenient car park. Our suitcases were carried upstairs, the room was lovely, comfortable, roomy, good en-suite, good wifi. Supper was interesting- mainly for you to cook your own steak or fish on a hot metal block, which was easy and fun, and with lots of side-dishes included and generous chips provision. [Vegetarian options available.] Double glazing kept the room quiet though absence of air-con meant we did need to open window for fresh air. Breakfast, included in the room charge, pre-ordered the night before and at our chosen time- was also generous, eg two massive croissants so we did not need any toast. All at a sensible price. Strongly recommended if you wish to be in this delightful area. And no, I am not a relative of the owners!
