阿伯加文尼普瑞米爾飯店

Hier waren wir für eine Nacht auf Geschäftsreise. Man sollte vor 21 Uhr anreisen, da ansonsten das Restaurant neben dran zu hat. Wir kamen ohne Auto an und es wäre nur noch McDonald's als Alternative übrig geblieben. Das Essen war gutes Pub Niveau. Der Aufzug hatte leider nicht funktioniert. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig, sauber und ohne größere Highlights. Allerdings auch keine Mängel. Das Frühstück war ok gewesen.

Sehr freundliche Angestellte und gute Lage des Hauses. Speziell das Pub in der Nähe, welches offensichtlich zum Betrieb gehört. Saubere Zimmer, viele Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Schöne Lage in der Nähe der Autobahn.

For the price paid per night (over 170 including breakfast), I expected the facilities and levels of cleanliness to be high. Previous cleans missed old bedding which was left under the bed. One bedside table was a bar stool and the bathroom extraction was broken. Clear signs of evidence of water damage to the bathroom skirting boards. The look of the room was tired and in need of refurbishment.

It's a good hotel, good location, friendly staff, but I got caught out by surge pricing when booking the room (selected a room at one price, went to pay, website crashed, went to rebook and price had increased by £20) so won't be booking with premier inn again.

I stayed at the Premier Inn Abergavenny with my best men and groom’s men the night before my wedding, I made a mistake with the booking and Jessica and Chole on reception were fantastic. They helped me with changing the room. They were as accommodating as they could be considering it was my mistake. The room was clean and it had everything that we needed for the price we paid and where it was. Real value for money. In addition to this, there is a Costa coffee, Mc Donald’s and a pub next door. The pub took last orders at 9:30pm though (it was a Monday) and the Premier Inn isn’t too far from the town centre anyway. Great stay all round!

Great location, just a 15 minutes walk from the centre of the town. Big and clean rooms, lot of parking space available and it’s free for the guests of the hotel. The only downside is that if you need a good internet connection (for either work or just watching Netflix or browsing on Google) you will need to pay for the service, which is £5 for 24 hours and max 3 devices. But apart from this, great place to stay!
