Silken Spa la Hacienda de Don Juan

Hotel acogedor y agradable. Personal también muy atento. El Spa también nos gustó mucho y el restaurante tiene una carta estupenda. Hay un par de salones para estar tranquilos o de lectura también muy recomendables. Desayuno bien, algo corto en fruta y cereales integrales pero unos panes y quesada muy ricos

Llevo muchos años llendo a este buenísimo Hotel y siempre repito..para mi reserva de septiembre no podré ir y lo siento...(espero haya alguna baja del 6 al 10). Gracias como siempre a Luisa de recepción por su atención y paciencia.

Buen hotel y céntrico. Tuvimos problemas a la entrada ya que no pudimos acceder a la habitación hasta las 15,04 horas y la excusa fue que estaba mal la página web ( ? ).. El restaurante magnífico, impresionante la fabada y el arroz con leche..., de llorar, cremoso y untuoso, el mejor que he comido en Asturias. Los camareros atentisimos y muy amables.

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas, las habitacione que nos dieron no tienen aire acondicionado y si abres las ventanas del mirador que dan a la carretera tiene mucho ruido con tràfico intenso. Si quieres tranquilidad no es recomendable

A un paso del centro de Llanes, e ideal para ir descubriendo sus playas. Limpieza y confort impecable. Óbviamente, en verano, precios un poco subidos. Buen desayuno y mucha tranquilidad en la instalación y en el entorno

Von aussen ist die Hacienda sehr schön restauriert, aber die Zimmer, besonders die Badezimmer hätten dem heutigen Standart angepasst werden sollen. Die Altstadt erreicht man zu Fuss in 5 Minuten, was der grösste Pluspunkt des Hotels ausmacht. Die Freundlichlichkeit des Personals hielt sich in Grenzen, was vielleicht auch damit zusammenhing, dass kaum jemand Englisch sprach. Die Kommunikation im Restaurant war doch etwas schwierig. Bemerkenswert ist das 3-gängige Abendmenü inkl. Wein für 24 Euro. Nicht geeignet für Vegetarier, da keine fleisch- bzw. fischlose Speise auf der Speisekarte zu finden war. Mein allergrösster Minuspunkt: Selbst Hotelgäste müssen für die Benutzung des Spas bezahlen. Das geht meiner Meinung nach gar nicht.

The ******* listing is very misleading. It's advertised as having a pool, however when you arrive you learn that it's €22 per person per visit (the lady at the pool reception desk kindly waited until we'd changed into our trunks to tell us). There was nothing during the booking process that indicated this. When I contacted them, *******'s customer "service" people spent an hour lying to me, saying that the booking said that the pool wasn't free (they could not send me either an email or a link as evidence, however). When this didn't work, they told me that since the pool's not explicitly listed as free, it's at the hotel's discretion. I look forward to being told the same thing about, say, sheets or hot water in future. The listing also says there's a laundry, which there isn't. I was planning to do some, so it was annoying. As for the hotel itself, it's quite an elegant building in nice grounds, but it's seen better days. The roadside rooms get a lot of traffic noise, and there's no aircon, so you get to choose between too hot and too noisy. Breakfast is half hearted. Coffee's OK, small selection of limp fruit. Sometimes there's tortilla, depending on what time you go. Fresh squeezed juice is a nice touch, except for the dead flies. Llanes is a beautiful town with some terrific walks in the mountains, but I'd stay in a different hotel. I probably won't use ******* again, which is a shame because they were my default booking service for a while.

Graceful old building just 5 mins walk from the main street. Decorated with period furniture. There’s quite a busy street outside but the sound insulation works well and we didn’t hear a thing. Hot night, no aircon but slept with the windows open. We slept really well. We were only there overnight but would have loved to have stayed longer. The restaurant menu looked good. Lovely views of the mountains and some of the local turn of the century mansions. 200m from the bus station and about 15 mins walk from train station.
