Stayed here whist attending a conference What a fantastic guest house. Lovely, clean, comfy rooms, amazing breakfasts. Its on the seafront within walking distance of the conference centre. Trisha and David are really friendly and helpful .

Beautiful room, with view across the bay. Perfect location for a break away and the breakfast was nothing less than superb. David and Tricia are very attentive and go beyond their means to ensure your stay is a pleasureable one. A little local treasure

Great breakfast selection - the fresh fruit cocktails was so tasty 😀 Rooms with sea views were great and rooms were nicely decorated, with all the amenities - they even got binoculars and telescopes !!! 👁️👀 in these rooms

Such a lovely place brilliant room excellent service. The best breakfast ever. Excellent free parking just a small walk into Llandudno Will definitely be back next year tricia and David are the most friendly people to deal with

Another wonderful stay for our anniversary weekend. Room and facilities were perfect. Excellent breakfast and service as always. The owners are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Looking forward to our next stay in October.

Lovely relaxed place. Spotless, comfortable, friendly hosts.Bed very comfy, room very clean. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast excellent, great choice. Free to park. Everything in walking distance.

What a wonderful guest house, home from home, everyting you would expect and more ! .Comfortable bed, Fabulous variety to choose from for Breakfast, Welsh breakfast was our choice and very enjoyable. the room was spotless Choices of hot drink left in the room along with a nice touch of a small packet of biscuits, something for every one. We will be going back as we enjoyed our break so much. Thank you Tricia & Dave for a great break.

We had just the best time at this accommodation. The owners are brilliant and can’t do enough for you. The whole place is clean and the tea and coffee tray well stocked. The breakfast cannot possibly fail to impress. We thoroughly recommend it and will definitely try to book again when we return to this area.
