Shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Ayuntamiento Llançà" 2.6 km, railway station "Llançà" 3.2 km, sandy beach 2 km pebble beach, swimming bay 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 17 km. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Covered parking for a bicycle. Tennis 1h per day free of charge from 9h to 18h. 2-room apartment 45 m2 on 2nd floor. Practical and modern furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 130 cm, length 190 cm), digital TV, international TV channels, flat screen, air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm). Open kitchen (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with bar. Bath/WC. Terrace 12 m2. Very beautiful view of the sea, the mountains, the swimming pool and the garden. Very well placed, sea view, coastal path next door, close to the city center, functional and clean apartment. Only downside French TV does not always work.
