Fane de Dalt: The swimming pool is situated on the ground floor of the next-door building, access from the parking (underground). It’s forbidden to bring down the terrace furniture of the apartment to the swimming pool. Modern, cosy apartment block "Fane", 3 storeys. Outside the resort, 2.8 km from the centre of Llançà, 400 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach, east facing position. For shared use: swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 185 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio (120 m2), parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, railway station "Llança" 3.8 km, pebble beach "El Cau del Llop" 800 m. Sports harbour 2.8 km, golf course (18 hole) 18 km, sailing school 2.8 km, tennis 500 m. Nearby attractions: Restaurant, Tenis, Calas, Cadaqués 13 km, Golf Peralada 18 km, Casino Peralada 18 km. Hiking paths: Parque natural del cap de creus. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups. 4-room penthouse 137 m2 on 2 levels on 3rd floor. Spacious and bright, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room 45 m2 with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, digital TV, flat screen and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 150 cm), TV. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm) with bath/bidet/WC and shower/WC. Large terrace 84 m2, garden 120 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (3). Very beautiful view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: TV only ES, FR. Spacious and clean. Beautiful views but with problems in air conditioning, kitchen extractor, lights, plugs, etc.

Very nice and very clean apartment, well located with an exceptional view. Problem with air conditioning but very responsive owner settled 2 days later. downsides: aging appliances, swimming pool access via the underground car park, capricious electricity
