very nice hotel,and enjoyable sevice to us...Next time ,we will bring our family to here again!

This hotel was excellent ! The location was right on the Zambezi River. The accommodation was in chalets which very spacious and clean. Shower and bathroom were high spec. Restaurant was an open air bar style overlooking the river. Menu fantastic. In the evening there was entertainment. Staff extremely professional and welcoming. 15 mins drive to Victoria Falls. Can book many excursions direct from reception. I opted for the Zambezi River Cruise, where the cruise departs from the hotel. Would go back again.

聖誕前幾天跟老公一起在這邊住了兩晚，環境一流，服務一般比起東南亞確實差點，也比非洲國家的同等酒店稍差。早上出門就掛了打掃衛生的牌子，下午三點多回房還沒打掃，直到晚上回去才打掃乾淨了。早餐也還好，英美式的早餐都大同小異。吃得還行，衹是沒有鮮榨果汁，飲料感覺是濃縮果汁兌水的。晚上又開夜牀服務，送個小點心不錯。環境特別好，院子裏有猴子，不像國內的那麼凶，不強東西，不主動攻擊人。酒店外圍就是野生動物園，第一晚跟老公在外麪吃完中餐回酒店在酒店門口三十米左右看到一隻野豬，簡直不敢相信我的眼睛。臨河的房間大大的落地窗對着河景，非常靜謐，早上打開窗看着河景躺在牀上很愜意。被子是羽絨被，但是牀單被罩不夠柔軟舒適，可能這是非洲國家的通病。總的來說還是值得一住的 。

位於贊比西河旁邊，很好找，位置還不錯，衹不過lodge前方有一塊河心洲，視野稍微有一點阻礙。晚飯也還可以吧，普通的西餐，倒是能聽到河對岸津巴那邊有獅子的吼聲，哈哈。價格不便宜。

瀑布周圍的lodge這個應該是性價比最高的了 環境很叢林 條件卻不差 應有盡有 離瀑布還近 比那些看着高大上的酒店划算多了 就是雨季會有點潮 但是之前住過皇家 也一樣潮

很棒的酒店!不僅僅是揹包客旅舍!很棒的管理,很棒的樂於助人的員工Joy和Miriam和Mathew做得很好!可愛的房間,有空調。良好的浴室。美妙的安靜花園,有游泳池。儲備充足的酒吧。安全停車。自助儲物廚房,有烹飪設備。很棒的戶外消防坑和燒烤設施。早餐不錯。對面有一個小商場,超市和銀行和貨幣兌換都很好。希望我能住更長的時間!

道路是礫石,但即使使用普通車輛,也可以管理。 工作人員非常樂於助人,服務也很棒。

飯店很可愛，有一個漂亮乾淨的游泳池，有很多座位可供選擇。早餐很棒。工作人員都非常友善，總是詢問你是否需要什麼。房間很好而且很乾淨。步行到主街大約需要 15 分鐘，外面氣溫超過 30 度時可能會讓人筋疲力盡，但在其他地方，看起來是一個不錯的社區。會推薦。

服務很好，工作人員很友好，廚房允許我煮拉麵。裏面的設施很乾凈。免費早餐很好。步行7分鐘即可擁有SPAR，這真是太好了。如果您有很大的行李，那條街可去公共汽車總站。

An absolute gem! The owner, Chantal, is very involved in overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and it shows. They were extremely accommodating - we had an outdoor camper trailer which they allowed us to park and connect to electricity. All the staff are super friendly and polite. The rooms are tastefully decorated/designed and the bed was vey comfy. Beautiful outdoor pool and bar. Can’t recommend highly enough!! Only 2 suggestions for improvement: 1) A signpost is desperately needed on the main road and T-junction to show where the place is. 2) Put a hairdryer in the room.
