Staybridge Suites 雪城（利物浦）(Staybridge Suites Syracuse (Liverpool))

Quiet neighborhood and good room size.

We had a great one night stay stay in a 2 bedroom suite. It was very clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The service at breakfast and the front desk was exceptional, all very friendly and helpful. My husband who has traveled a lot and stayed at five star hotels for work over the years thought the service was at a five star hotel level. We can highly recommend.

The place is clean, safe and comfortable. Hot breakfast daily and free supper meal Mon-Thurs. Spacious rooms. Only complaint is that I had to call everyday to have someone exchange towels and take trash. And there's no pool, but I knew that ahead of time. I stayed a week, would definitely go back!

Hotel was clean, rooms were clean, staff was kind and very nice, they genuinely looked happy to be there. Breakfast was great (the eggs were slamming!) My only negative was that the bedding lacked a bit, blankets were so thin that I froze. It's summer, so while I understand some don't need blankets, some do. And the AC works very well, albeit too well. Haha

My husband and I were at the Liverpool, NY Staybridge Suites for 11 nights while visiting family and friends we hadn’t seen in 2 years. The hotel was very convenient, exceptionally clean and the staff was fabulous - so helpful and accommodating. But I can’t give the hotel a full 5 stars because of the condition of the furniture in our King bedroom suite. It was worn and frayed and the sofa bed in the living room area was difficult to sit on because it kept sinking in the middle. The King bedroom suite was very roomy to stay in since it had a separate bedroom and a nice kitchen layout which really came in handy for our extended stay. However, there was no TV guide to help us determine what shows were on at night when we would settle in to relax after a busy day of visiting. It was a bit annoying as most cable providers have a menu channel where you can see what is playing. This provider apparently did not, meaning we had to flip thru channels until we found something interesting. The breakfast was very good each day and dinner was provided also on 4 nights, although we only ate at the hotel on one night. Overall, it really was a great place to stay but we would suggest swapping out the worn furniture for something more comfortable and less shredded looking and updating the cable provider. We would definitely return on our next visit to that area.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite for 3 nights. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Staff were overall very pleasant, especially Mary at the breakfast service. Only thing was we had to ask for housekeeping, we asked a bit late in the day, they said it would be done by the time we got back but then it wasn’t and by then it was too late the staff had gone home.

The property is very well-kept. The front desk staff were polite and accommodating. My bed was very comfortable, although the sheets had an odd smell. I could have asked for a bed change but did not. The breakfast was okay. I would return to the hotel for a short stay.

We loved the suite! It was so convenient that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. We could have used more seating in the living space for when friends visited but everything was lovely. We were actually disappointed that we only needed to stay one night.

Mary, who works helping with breakfast during the weekends, was an absolute JOY!! Looked forward to seeing her in the morning. The room was very nicely laid out. The hotel location was weird though. It is behind the closed Sheraton hotel. Just strikes you as very odd.
