安菲爾德客房旅館(Anfield Rooms)

De los peores sitios y más caros que he estado. Lo primero no había Internet, llamamos para decirlo y le dio igual, los colchones muy muy usados, necesitaban un cambio, la habitación en muy mal estado. Ni vuelvo, ni lo recomiendo. Las escaleras muy empinadas, la habitación tenía una caldera que no servía, radiador apagado y el contador debajo de la mesa que hacía ruido todo el rato.

My partner booked this accommodation in the morning for a same day arrival, we paid and received confirmation of booking and the code to access the accommodation, on arrival at around 5pm we contacted the host to ask about parking and he advised us that you just find a spot on the residential streets surrounding the area. The location was ideal for LFC but the area is not nice at all, the room although fairly big and it had what we needed was dirty, there were left over food and crumbs all over the chair seats and all types of body hair and dust in the shower. We were there for 1 night so I wouldnt have made an issue with it...however At 10pm while my partner and I were in bed, lights off and our belongings out, the door was unlocked by another couple who had apparently been booked in there aswell. As you can imagine my shock and disgust to having strangers walk into what should be a safe place that you've paid £80 for the night to stay in. The couple who were very nice called the host who then tried to blame us for using the wrong building then when we showed the other couple our confirmation he told the host we were in the right place and he had double booked, he then huffed and said hang on. Eventually the other couple left but there was no apology from the host for his mistake, we have even tried to contact directly but we have had no response. As you can imagine we both felt unsafe after this, how are we to know somebody else wasn't going to turn up in the middle of the night again?! We left the property shortly after and booked into the local travelodge, so we were another £89 down as we paid for another room just to feel safe for the night. My advice is if you want to stay in that area then use the Travelodge on Stonedale Park, it's roughly the same price, clean and the chance of somebody entering your room in the night is highly unlikely.

Die Zimmer waren eigentlich ganz sauber, aber dadurch, dass die Putzkraft relativ selten kommt, waren mehrere Spinnen im Zimmer und an der Decke war auch ein großer gelber Fleck. Adapter muss man sich auf jeden Fall kaufen, USB Anschlüsse gibt es keine. Sehr hellhörige Zimmer und nachts fühlt man sich auf den Straßen in dieser Gegend nicht wirklich sicher. Die Betten sind besonders unbequem, da bei jeder Bewegung die Matratze Geräusche gemacht hat. Zusätzlich war das Badezimmer nicht sauber, da die Putzkraft unregelmäßig kommt und die Nachbarn das Badezimmer nicht sauber hinterlassen haben. Außerdem hört man immer, wenn jemand auf Toilette geht oder duschen geht.
