小石城西凱藝套房飯店(Quality Inn & Suites Little Rock West)

Breakfast was low very quality. Scrambled eggs were synthetic and the sausage patties were not much better. Breakfast staff was not keeping the buffett items replinished. Intend to avoid this hotel brand in the future.

The property is very old. Nasty carpet. The price should be way less in these conditions.

The property is tucked away in a rather seedy section of West Little Rock. Very few options for food in the area and none within walking distance. You would not want to walk anyway. The property next door, Motel 6, obviously is a drawing card for those with low esteem and certainly lacking basic human qualities. Two fights in one night requiring the police. Drinking outdoors, loud and boisterous behavior. Don't stay at Quality Inn.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable, quite and clean. Close to Baptist health hopital. Breakfaat was OK.

The property was located very near my meeting location and was easy convenient to drive to when coming from out of town.

There is an overwhelming smell of cleaning products as you walk in the front door. As someone who is sensitive to scents, it would be appreciated if unscented products were used. Other than that, the stay went well, the room was clean, I felt safe and like my vehicle was safe in the parking lot. I would stay here again.

I loved how helpful the employees were and easy to talk to and they gave me this make yourself at home feeling it was just all around a very good experience we would love to stay there again and have to say this one more time amazing staff and everything clean

Room was just fine for my purposes. I do think that the property should let ******* users know there is a $75 hold on credit card for incidentals. They say it will be released upon checkout, so I will see. There are other properties in the area, and even at the price for this property I would have kept looking had I known up front. I will not stay here again, first because it was not disclosed up front, and second because if the management does not trust their clientele why should I trust them and if their clientele is that untrustworthy then I am not sure I would want to stay there

We enjoyed our one night stay in the large room with sofa. Very comfortable. Very much appreciate the hotel being 100% smoke free!
