We are locals and invited some friends out to experience this relatively new place; 4 of us who’ve been around the block a fair bit. We’ve been here for drinks before and wanted to experience dining. All four, however, were very unimpressed with the entire experience. Admittedly, we were 15 mins late, and called to let them know. The restaurant was not full but upon sitting, and shuffling between three different waiters, the final one told me we only had the table for an hour and a half. This seems to be more common these days among many US restaurants, and far from the French experience of having your table for evening. So, fine, we were on the clock for an expensive but supposedly relaxing experience. The food was fine, the wine overly priced. After feeling rushed to finish, we later went to the roof for a drink. One only wanted a warm tea but was told that that was only available on the second floor restaurant but not on the third floor roof top area. After the waiter took our collective order, the roof top head honcho comes by to inform us that no tea would be forthcoming; apparently the three workers standing around doing nothing were too busy to travel the one floor to obtain a non-alcoholic beverage. All in all, I would say the service was lacking much, the prices too high, and the attitude juvenile. Luckily, there is no shortage of dinning opportunities in the area.
