Everything was perfectly set out from reception to car parking access to elevator Lighting was exceptional rooms spacious,clean and very comfortable I could not fault a thing Bathroom shower was huge with a great sized vanity Everything you would ever need

We had the pleasure of staying at the Gateway Motel The rooms are spotless, The amenities are Perfect , Any problems that we had The lovely staff were quick to respond very caring and professional Great Location too ,If your heading to Lismore don't go past the Gateway Motel

A refreshing, clean and well appointed motel, with complimentary laundry facilities, very much appreciated when on business trips, I would highly recommend this Motel guest accomodation. The rooms are well appointed and very welcoming, there is minimal surrounding noise so you can be guaranteed a restful nights sleep in the comfortable beds.

Risen from the flood of 2022 to become one of the best country town motels in which we have stayed. Undercover access with a lift to the 1st floor rooms was convenient for us seniors. Despite being on the highway it was remarkably quiet. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this establishment.

Friendly manager who welcomed us like we were expected and he was looking forward to our visit. Bedroom and bathroom were spacious and two areas to have our bags off the floor. Great shower. Everything was so clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The Lismore Gateway motel has had to renovate following the devastating floods of 2022 and have only just re-opened. The renovations are to a first class standard and we found the rooms to be perfect and very comfortable. They are continuing with the improvements but, in the meantime, they are providing a communal area where guests can cook meals and use excellent free laundry facilities. The swimming pool looked clean and inviting but we didn't use it. The staff and manager couldn't have done any more to make our stay more memorable. They all worked hard and we wish them the success they deserve for the future. There are only a couple of eating places in the immediate vacinity but we walked the 10 minutes into the town centre easily and there were plenty of choices there.
