Room was clean and quiet. Complimentary water/toiletries in it were great. Breakfast buffet was delicious with many fresh pastries. Location of the hotel was wonderful. Close to many bars and restaurants and walking distance of many attractions and very close to Metro station. Reception staff were very friendly and gave me useful recommendations of places to visit.

O hotel é maravilhoso! Ótima localização, no coração de Lisboa. O atendimento é excelente. Equipe muito atenciosa e cordial, mimos na entrada (vinho do Porto e pastel de nata). Sem problemas para conceder early checkin. Quarto novo e espaçoso, cama muito confortável. Banheiro muito limpo e instalações novas. No quarto, o hotel disponibiliza uma máquina com 4 cápsulas de café gratuitas. Como era uma data especial em nossa viagem, mandaram até um bolo de agrado no apartamento. Voltaremos, com certeza! Obrigado pelo excepcional atendimento!

We booked this hotel super last minute after an unexpected layover in Lisbon. There was a lot of hotel choices, but SO glad we ended up choosing this one. Firstly, the welcome was really warm & friendly, Marcus was very lovely, he gave us recommendations and greeted us with a local pastry & glass of port :-) Very good location, walking distance to everywhere, 10 mins to Timeout Narket, the waterfront & lots of bars and restaurants were close. The room was comfortable and the bed was super comfy which is always important. You could even open the window to allo w the fresh air in which is not always possible. Will defo stay here again on our way back. 5** all the way! Thank you 🙏

Perfect location, although it's in what seems like an alley, we felt safe and there's always a receptionist at the door. As a result of being in an alley it was a quiet place to come back to after a busy day in the city. Nicely renovated inside. I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel, where we were made to feel very welcome, especially on my wife's birthday. Very comfortable bed and the most powerful shower I've ever had. Room spotlessly clean. Brilliant location facing onto Rossio square and the large Christmas market. A short walk up the hill/stairs (elevator available) to Bairro Alto, and the same to the Castelo. Lots of restaurants, pastry shops, etc all around. A nice walk down the Christmas list pedestrianised main street to the river

My three week stay at the Nicola Rossio Hotel could not have been better. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. In particular Marcus and Rodrigo went above and beyond for me as a lone traveler. Its central location was a real plus. I highly recommend this hotel.

We moved out of one hotel because it was like a slum and moved into this one. Was like night and day the difference between the 2. Shame we didn’t originally book this one as we weren’t refunded from our original hotel (Pensão praca de Figueira) Only slight negative is you can hear music from street performers till about midnight but honestly the hotel was brill!

Das wsr ein zwar kurzer, nichtsdestoweniger äußerst angenehmer Aufenthalt. Sehr freundliches, effizientes Personal, kleines, aber geschmackvoll-modernes Zimmer, kleines, aber brillant-weisses Bad mit guten Amenities. Das Frühstücksbuffet umfangreich umd frisch. Der Raum leider ungeheizt (Dezember). Zusammenfassend: Auch wegen deren zentralen Lage und des Preises eine Top-Adresse.
