盧多維斯飯店體驗宮殿(Palacio Ludovice Wine Experience Hotel)

We had such and amazing stay at Palácio Ludovice, starting from the reception and the bell boys, up to housekeeping and restaurant staff. The service was impeccable at all times, with discerning attention to detail. The location couldn’t be better, at Bairro Alto, close to the city’s main avenue (Liberdade) and with plenty excellent restaurants nearby. The only downside of my stay was we were allocated in room 101, pretty close to the reception, which could be noisy at times, but that didn’t impact our overall experience at the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was spectacular, all the amenities you could ever want in a hotel. Location was perfect, had a view from our deluxe room of the castle which is lit up at night. Our room was big and beautiful, the hotel offers you 2 free glasses of port. Every night they leave delicious desserts and a small bottle of port or a local liquor. The breakfast was buffet style but you could order anything you wanted made to order. The bar is well appointed and our bartender Daniel makes a great Manhattan! Miguel the sommelier conducted a free wine tasting in the evenings and explained all about Portuguese wine regions, he also recommended wines to go with our meals. The chef makes the mini hamburgers I’ve ever had, I ate them two nights in a row! I would highly recommend this hotel.

the hotel does not answer the phone, and we were having issues with parking, they do have valet but you don't know it. I had to leave a day early and had booked an extra day on the beginning of my trip but they refused to refund the last night. The wall are so thin you can hear everything, conversations, the zipper of suitcases. The hotel is pretty but maybe a different room would have been quite.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon. The look, feel, and location of the property are top notch. The room and bathroom were incredibly spacious and well appointed. The multiple USB charging locations were convenient and removed the need for any sort of power adapters. My wife an I visited Lisbon for a long weekend. From the moment we walked in to the time we checked out, we felt at home and a part of Lisbon.

Perfect location, surrounded by restaurants and bars and right across from the Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara, with amazing views of the city, and the funicular that takes you straight to Avenida da Liberdade. Hotel was gorgeous - both public and private areas brimmed with historical elements and we felt like we were living in a nobleman’s house during Lisbon’s Golden Age (but with all the modern conveniences you could ask for). A special highlight was the cave-like gym crowned with brick arches. Service was warm, humorous and friendly. It was a privilege to spend a couple of nights here and we can’t wait to be back.

Beautiful building in a great location. Welcoming, friendly service. Interesting features: a wine experience in which we learned a great deal about Portuguese wines, and a taste of port at our leisure. Lovely little house made snacks placed in the room daily. Walking distance to many restaurants and sites. Excellent on site restaurant.
