奧提利亞公寓(Otilia Apartments)

Apartamento muito bem localizado no centro de Lisboa , poucos quarteirões do Arco da Augusta , comercio forte , janelas de boa qualidade isolando o barulho, boas vindas com agua e pastel de nata , capsulas de cafe e chas . Predio sem elevador e carros so chegam em ruas proximas . Recepcao otima e excelente comunicacao.

Sono stato a Lisbona a fine novembre 2023 ed ho prenotato un appartamento centrale per me e la mia famiglia. Non pensavo di essere, però, così in centro. Ottima sistemazione, pulita e comodo. I ragazzi della reception molto carini e disponibili. Pur essendo in pieno centro resta comunque tranquilla (ci sono musicista sulla strada, ma poco dopo le 23 concludono). Mi sono trovato molto bene. Consigliato a tutti, da coppie e famiglie.

Absolutely loved my stay at Otilia Apar**ents - literally the best location in Lisbon. The apar**ent was so comfortable and well equipped! Wonderful welcome and staff with delicious pastel de nata. Incredible communication, great wifi, coffee and still/sparkling water. And the most breathtaking view from the rooms!!

Wow! Lovely experience! Only 2 cons: kind of hard to find. The street it is on doesn't allow cars. Be ready to drag your bags down the street. Also, lots of stairs. It's a work out evertime you leave. So worth it though!! Wonderful, central location. Get a balcony. You won't regret it. One of the best places I've stayed in Europe!!! Clean. Lots of space. Just book!

Way better than staying in a hotel, taking a flat here almost makes you feel like one of the locals. Our flat was on the top floor so quite a climb but was well furnished and clean. Recommended. Nice staff too . Park at Baixo-chauda too( pre book it)

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Room was clean and neat. The only problem was there was no lift/elevator to rooms. Which was difficult for an elderly person and also there was an additional charge of 30 euros because lobby was not always open.

Appartamento in un palazzo Antico ristrutturato in pieno Centro a Lisbona in piena Rua da Vitoria. Unico Difetto entrata in comune con un negozio di lingerie e la mancanza ascensore. Per il Resto Appartamento dotato di ogni confort, stanze ampie pulite e confortevoli (letti e cuscini di prima qualità). Vista stupenda. Prezzo onesto

Appart hôtel vraiment sympathique , propre , très bien équipé ( bouilloire , nespresso ) avec des attentions bien venues ( capsules , thé , bouteilles d’eau ). nous avons été très bien accueillies par de charmantes jeunes femmes qui ont pu garder nos sacs . L’emplacement est parfait ! sur la rue Augusta , mais l’insonorisation est performante ! attention toutefois aux escaliers raides , pour les personnes âgées où les jeunes enfants . merci ! nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation !

Wonderful location and great room. Close to everything and helpful hosts. We will come again!
