Photos from *********** didn't correspond to the room I stayed in and staff was unable to arrange a proper room or compensate in any way (cash, bar/restaurant credit, discounts on tours etc.) for the inferior experience. There is a huge column in the middle of room (#408), right in from of the window. The bed is so close to the wall that one could barely pass (this is a safety hazard in case of fire or other incidents, so be aware) and TV is positioned in the corner of the room, right by the entry door (you simply have to lean every time you enter or leave the room). The layout of this room in particular is an absurd. Walls had several marks. The furniture was also very poor with usage marks and almost every cabinet handle was loose. Found an extra remote control under the bed (how long has it been there?) and a previous guest hand moisturizer under the bed. This was the worst experience I had in a hotel I had so far. It's bad enough to feel cheated once I got into the room, but it's even worse the fact that I didn't have any assistance from the staff in helping with the situation. If you're choosing this hotel, at least make sure they can confirm all details about your room in advance. Good luck!
