皇室王子奧裡華之家(Casa Oliver Príncipe Real)

Sono stata molto bene a casa Oliver . Luogo ideale per vivere al meglio Lisbona . La gentilezza di Ines ed i suoi preziosi consigli hanno contribuito a rendere gradevole il mio breve soggiorno . La Camera al primo piano era bella grande e bene arredata .

Ottima posizione dell'hotel e camere molto ben arredate e confortevoli per quanto riguarda materasso e doccia. Pessima insonorizzazione dai rumori interni: essendo un edificio storico, si sente tutto ciò che avviene al piano superiore e nelle stanze adiacenti. Sconsiglio di accettare la camera n. 7 al secondo piano, poiché ogni mattina alle 8:00 siamo stati svegliati dal rumore dei piatti che venivano riposti nella sala della colazione. Dopo quattro notti insonni l'unica compensazione ricevuta è stata un cesto di frutta. Ok insonorizzazione dall'esterno. Sconsigliato perché il rapporto qualità/prezzo è totalmente sbilanciato. Inoltre non è garantito il servizio principale che un alloggio di qualsiasi tipo dovrebbe offrire: la possibilità di dormire.

A Casa Oliver Principe Real é um casarão com vários quartos, bastante charmoso, de excelente localização (proximo ao Mirante de S. Pedro de Alcantara). Quartos bastante amplos e arejados, de grandes janelas. Bem confortável. Entretanto, um ítem que realmente precisa ser repensado na propriedade tem a ver com o café da manhã (pequeno almoço). O mesmo é servido em um pequeno restaurante, atrás do hotel, dentro de um complexo de shopping. Infelizmente há detalhes ali que podem comprometer seriamente a performance como (i) horário - só começam a servir as 8hs da manhã e (ii) as quantidades (é realmente muito pouco). Mesmo para quem não está a estudos ou trabalho, começar a servir o café da manhã as 8hs é muito tarde. E por mais boa vontade que os atendentes tivessem em preparar algo para atender a mim e meus colegas que ali estavam com o mesmo problema, foi perceptível o desconforto de alguns deles com a situação de ter que 'operar' fora do horário programado. E as quantidades servidas são mínimas. Um copo pequeno de algum suco, uma fruta descascada (sim, não era minimamente uma salada de frutas) e uma fatia de bolo ou um sanduíche pequeno. E só. Ou seja, longe de um café da manhã que possa lhe preparar para começar o dia. Acabei por sentir-me lesado porque, no final das contas, quando da reserva, me fora comunicado que 'sim, temos café da manhã'. Infelizmente o que é servido não pode ser considerado como tal. Sugiro à gerencia do 'Casa Oliver' rever esta questão do café da manhã, pois da forma como está, compromete - e muito - a performance geral do serviço.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet hôtel, conseillé par notre agence de voyage. Nous avons eu un faux départ puisque nous avons dû demander une chambre car celle que nous avions ne nous convenait pas du tout. Nous avons donc eu la chance d'en changer grâce au fait que nous étions passé par une agence de voyage. Le lit était bon, le ménage fait tous les jours. En revanche, le plafond n'était pas loin de s'écrouler dans la salle de bain. Le fait de mettre des codes pour entrer dans l'hôtel (immeuble partagé avec des locaux) est sympa mais gare à vous si vous n'avez plus de batterie et n'avez pas noté le code ailleurs !!! En revanche GROS POINT NOIR sur le petit déjeuner qui se prend à l'extérieur de l'hôtel. Le lieu est vraiment joli, en revanche, le service UNE HORREUR et le petit déjeuner insignifiant. Vous avez le droit à une boisson chaude un plat froid ou chaud et c'est tout . Compte-tenu du prix de la chambre, je comprends que le petit déjeuner peut être si peu important mais même en limitant les coûts, je pense que l'on peut faire mieux. Mais surtout, par pitié, changez les serveuses !! Elles font la gueule et ne sont pas loin d'être vraiment désagréables ! En bref, cela gâche un peu et je ne suis pas sûre que je recommanderai l'hôtel à cause de ça.

Hotel boutique muito charmoso, bem cuidado, limpo e confortável. Entretanto, inadequado para pessoas de grande porte uma vez que os espaços de chuveiro e de vaso sanitário (que são separados) são minúsculos (acho impróprio para pessoas acima de 100kg ou mais altas que 1.85m de altura).

Not sure why people are complaining! We were looking for a unique, authentic place to stay, to avoid a large amount of tourists and Casa Olivier was a great place to stay! Great location. Unique rooms. Fantastic staff! Shout out to Miguel, Mariana, and others! Thank you for making my Birthday more special! Yes, they don’t have air conditioning but we opened a window, yes it can be noisy but Lisbon comes alive in the evenings, like any other city in Europe! Not happy with breakfast, next door has a bakery and coffee shop! People are kind and fun! Plenty of life music. We definitely will return and stay with you!

The staff communicated with me in English before our trip and the receptionist was fluent as well which was greatly appreciated as my Portuguese is almost nonexistent. I booked 2 standard rooms but requested adjacent rooms facing the botanical gardens at the back of the hotel. Casa Oliver upgraded us as requested without increasing the rate. The en-suite bathrooms were newly updated. The rooms were clean and bed comfortable. There is a mini frig with reasonably priced beer, wines, and cokes. A water pot for tea and an espresso machine with mini coffee pods was provided. We were a 15 minute walk to Barrio Alto where we found a couple good restaurants. We caught an Uber to the airport which took about 20 minutes early in the morning. There are a couple of subway stations a 10 minute walk away with lots of stairs. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Lisbon.

Casa Oliver is our house in Lisbon. All staff is super friendly, rooms are cosy and very well equipped and you feel comfortable and relaxed Also the location is great, at 15/20 minutes walking from Av. Liberdade, Chiado, Estrela, Time out Market, Parque Eduardo VII… I can’t recommend it enough

This was my 3rd trip to Lisbon and second to Casa Oliver and as usual it did not disappoint! Yes the pillows and beds are extremely comfortable but it is the vibe and loveliness that has hooked me. It is decorated and appointed with such care and interest. The beautiful building was not stripped of all architectural detail, vintage marble that is more lovely with age, beautiful ceilings, floors, wood work etc are all restored to their luxurious beautiful state. On this trip I woke up and just stared at the ceiling that was visually incredible! The location is absolutely perfect, across from a park, near great restaurants, the street car and busses run in front but it is away from mass amounts of tourists so your evenings are quiet. I will be back!
