On arrival to the hotel we really didn't feel welcome. Our reservation was denied and we have been requested to add 100 euros. After long time we got a room pending it will be settled day after. The room was a very old one with broken floor. Only after several communication with Trip the day after the reservation solved and it took another day to replace the room, also only when I showed the manager the picture of the floor and both. The alternative room was OK. Breakfast is below standard but the service was very good. In general if we do not count the first 2 days it could be better.
