白色純愛旅館(Residencia Whitelove)

Bonjour le problème c'était qu'il y a pas un axenceur et c'était 4 ème étage. Loin du centre ville on a pris toujours le taxi pour aller au centre ville. Et la toilette était très petit aussi la douche. Merci bien pour votre compréhension.

La posizione è buona, ben servita dai mezzi e con ristoranti vicini. Ma la prima mattina mi sono svegliata con delle strane pinzature sul corpo, pensando a zanzare non c'ho fatto molto caso ma il giorno dopo l'area interessata si è stesa in maniera importante. A causa dell'estensione e del prurito ho cercato un dermatologo. Punture di scarafaggi! Ho dovuto iniziare una terapia cortisonica e cambiare a mie spese albergo. Ho fatto presente alla reception l'accaduto si sono offerti solo di pulire la stanza, nessun risarcimento perché a detta loro avevo pagato tramite sito. Nemmeno un rimborso anche parziale della visita effettuata dal medico. Solo scusa e grazie di aver liberato la stanza e averci comunicato la partenza anticipata.

Hotel vecchissimo (arredamento e serramenti) tanto da rischiare di rimanere chiusi in camera per la serratura vecchissima e una chiave mezza storta. Muro impregnato di odore di fumo del vicino. Pulito.

Le bâtiment est relativement ancien, il ne faut donc pas s'attendre à du haut standing mais les prestations sont correctes par rapport au tarif et l'établissement n'est pas très loin du centre historique (même à pied) Les + : Matelas confortable, chambre spacieuse et bon niveau d'hygiène et propreté. Très bonne boulangerie à quelques mètres Les - : environnement extérieur bruyant et la douche manque cruellement de pression pour l'eau chaude. Le rapport prix/prestation reste quand même très intéressant, notamment pour des séjours courts (3 à 5 jours)

La struttura è lontana dal centro che è raggiungibile solo con i mezzi (2 metropolitane). Pulizia scarsa (una nota positiva è il cambio degli asciugamani giornaliero). La struttura nel complesso appare fatiscente perché è palesemente datata e recuperata da l’ultimo piano di un appartamento “isolato dal resto” tramite cartongesso. Nel bagno era presente un’unica presa non funzionante è un attacco per lampadina libera all’interno della doccia. Estremamente rumorosa, con rumori dalla strada e dall’interno al passaggio di ogni ospite. Non la consiglierei per un soggiorno più lungo di una notte senza altre possibilità. Molto più simile ad un ostello. Quando siamo arrivati al check-in, nella struttura non sapevano del nostro arrivo nonostante la prenotazione online.

La atención del personal fue bastante buena, solo estoy inconforme por sus calentadores ya que pasamos frío las 3 noches porque estos no funcionan mucho.

Complicated! If in survival mode, there is no other hotel available in Lisbon, sure there is a bed and a shower here. It is not a hotel, not a bed & breakfast, it is something below it. Structure is bad. HOWEVER, these people were HONEST. By accident I left some valuables(very valuable) just on the bed, for 2 hours. When I came back, me bed was made, everything organized and my valuables well organized close to my pillow. I was happy. More than I can tell about a Mercury Hotel(Chile), in which even an Overcoat disappeared during a "room cleaning". So on maintenance and structure this hotel sucks big time, on the other hand they were honest. Sure there are wayyyyy better hotels, I would not book again, unless as last option. But they were honest!

Séjour de 4 nuits dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est sympathique et très serviable. Assez bien situé dans Lisbonne et pas très loin des transports en communs.

Propiedad muy bien ubicada. Los alrededores ofrecen amplias opciones de comida y bares.
