I treated my mother to her 70th birthday with an Afternoon Tea at the Four Seasons Lisbon. I email the concierge over in advance to reserve and shared that it was a special occasion for us. We were the only Afternoon Tea customers in the Lounge. They seated us promptly and forgot us just as promptly. I had to physically get up each time to seek out a server for every step. Glasses of water. Taking our drink orders. It took expressing my displeasure to the manager and over two hours for the tea sets to come out. The food was fine but by the time it came out, we lost interest Do not recommend. Definitely not the four star service the brand boasts. And definitely not the afternoon tea experience so many travel guides recommend for Lisbon.

The absolute worst of the Four Seasons chain. Looks like something out of the Soviet era of hotels. Leaking shower, poor food and service that would make Holiday Inn shut down the hotel. They struggle to offer any care or concern for the guest.
