So so. Not too clean, toilet a bit broken?! The shower door cannot close tightly so water leakage out. Staff services good, come anytime even we check in late

La habitación era bastante moderna y parecía recién reformada, muy agradable para la estancia. La ubicación también es muy buena, a unos 10 minutos caminando de la Plaza del Comercio. El precio me pareció aceptable para la zona. Destaco especialmente la atención de Nuno, que fue muy amable y nos explicó todos los detalles de la habitación al llegar. También ofrecen servicio de guardamaletas en un bar musical que queda a unos 3 minutos del alojamiento, lo cual resultó muy práctico. En general, una buena experiencia, recomendable.

The location of this property is unmatched. Super close to the main train station and Time Out market. Also very walkable to the rest of the tourists spots (between 10-20 mins walk to most). The staff was very helpful on WhatsApp. They provided me with instructions as we were arriving quite late in the evening. With the instructions, we got in with no trouble at all. The only thing is that our room faced the tail end of the Pink Street which had many bars. There were people talking loudly outside pretty much all night. The room did have 2 pairs of earplugs and with the earplugs in, we slept with no issue.

Three couples traveled together. We arrived in Lisbon hours before check in. I was instructed to take our luggage to a bar nearby because they owned the lodge above the bar. There is no full-time attendant at Cais or a place where they could be stored on the premises.The bar was on Pink Street. The bar staff did take our suitcases over to Cais and they were all in one room when we got there later that day. The room itself was quite nice. It had been redone and had a new toilet room and the shower room. The shower was spectacular but I had a very slippery floor. The toilet room was quite tiny and two people couldn't fit it very easily. It also had no extra towel racks besides the 1 ft rack that had a towel on it. I had hoped to be able to wash out some underwear but there was no room to hang it anywhere. The towels were not adequate to our needs and I wrote to them using the communication that was provided in my emails from them. They said they would bring extra towels that day but they didn't. I used the hair dryer which was actually quite a nice one but it burned out and it actually ended up removing some of my hair in the process. It's in the back underneath and not noticeable but my hair was landing on the floor and in the toilet. I wrote to explain what happened and ask them to replace the hair dryer because I would be leaving the next day and needed to use it before I left. We returned from sigh

Clean, trendy, and right next to Pink Street! My husband and I had a great stay here! The check-in process is not like a usual hotel but there was someone on site to show us to our room and give us all the necessary information. The room was very clean, decorated nicely, and right downtown next to all the action.
