AC不能正常工作,房間裏沒有食物,沒有迷你酒吧,不舒服,舊的財產需要小翻新,很多不工作的東西,如淋浴頭,水槽排水不夠,有時沒有清理好。天花板損壞和微碎片掉進去浴室的交流過濾器髒,壁櫥裏的牆壁,每次都能聽到隔壁的夫婦有性生活。酒店的經理不聽,幾乎粗魯。請他修理 VMC ,溼度太大,他回答說他不是上帝。我告訴他,如果他不能改變 VMC ,我不知道他是如何成爲經理的。沒有折扣,沒有任何東西可以解決它曾經的麻煩。換過房間,甚至有更多的問題。我們似乎沒有雙窗,我們也能聽到街上的聲音。當我的酒吧男他問他除了飲料以外,還有什麼,他的回答太低了:你認爲我能吃什麼?那是個酒吧。當我解釋說他可能提供零食或小食品時,他不明白。這是一個價格很高的低檔酒店。我永遠不會推薦這個地方,我甚至會花一些時間損害他們的在線聲譽。

這家酒店的位置離歷史中心很遠,但步行10分鐘即可到達最近的Alameda地鐵站,但首先步行到Alameda地鐵站的距離並不關閉。然後在Rossio地鐵站下車,步行到歷史中心。然後回去一樣上山不容易,就像他們說的。酒店打掃的很好。工作人員也一樣。早餐一般般,不是9歐元p/p的價格。現在隔壁房間的噪音太可怕了,對任何人不尊重,牀也不那麼舒服。是看起來不安全,但還可以。只是早點在酒店。

It’s been a long time since I was last in a youth hostel, and as a now 45 year old man there is probably a reason for this. Arriving late on the Tuesday night with fond memories of dorm parties and tequila slammers, I was greeted by what I initially thought was captain Jack Sparrow, but who actually transpired to be a very friendly chap who helped us to navigate the intricacies of the main entrance. Door buzzed, suitcases lifted up the stairs and ugh who let mum and dad in looks absorbed, we were handed our keys by a lovely member of the team alongside vouchers for two free shots. Enthusiastically we were informed that the bar was open until 1am that night, although we had missed the pub crawl for the evening. I’m flattered I guess, however we decided to give the shots a miss in favour of a nice sleep. Yup, Father Time catches up with us all… We had a private double with a shared bathroom, and although very small it was comfortable enough. The pillow has perhaps seen better days, but the A/C was a life saver! Spending the days walking around town and doing some gentle exploring, the nights were largely spent for myself at least in the bar area downstairs. It’s a small but perfectly functional area, and in all honesty wasn’t the screaming mess of teenagers away from home for the first time that I had been expecting. At 3 euros a pint I was certainly very happy to sit and read whilst various cool young things did their thing in the background. Declining participation in the pub crawl for a second time, I was tempted with the tapas tasting but plans for the night changed due to friends arriving a day early and diner reservations being made. From a comfort point of view, our bathroom was shared between three double rooms I believe on the third floor, and this was never an issue. I attribute this to the fact that we were likely on very different schedules with us going out for the day and back for the night, as opposed to the perhaps more night based activities of our fellow residents. Bedroom like I said small, but hey, who cares, we weren’t here to sit in a room all day. The breakfast was absolutely fine, and for 5 euros a day you really cannot complain. All in all very happy with my stay, though peeking into an open dorm room one day my god I wouldn’t have survived the week unless you could take 25 years off me! Good job though overall Sant Jordi, and I’d certainly consider staying again - safe, friendly and somewhere I’m sure 20 year old me would have had a blast!

We received a confirmation of our booking for two rooms from 25.12.2022 to 01.01.2023. But one week before the departure date, we received an email informing us that our booking had been cancelled because the credit card payment failed. We were not given the opportunity to resolve the issue. Although we checked with the bank and confirmed that the credit card was working.

看起來很可愛的新酒店，乾淨，設計精美。提供的嬰兒床很漂亮，兒童盥洗用品套件也很可愛！河景房絕對是您的最佳選擇，不要預訂豪華套房，因為您將支付額外費用，並且無法看到行銷圖片中顯示的美麗景色。你也沒有任何陽台可言，而是一個很小的壁架，沒有空間放置戶外家具，門被卡住，很難打開。網路上有關房型的圖片具有誤導性，因為它們顯示了景觀和帶有戶外座位的可愛陽台。有一個可愛的咖啡包咖啡機，但在使用前 2 個咖啡包後，每個咖啡包需要支付 1 歐元。還有很多其他的小事情，我不會詳細說明，例如早餐沒有在廣告時間準備好，房間沒有正確清潔，垃圾箱沒有清空，屋頂酒吧幾乎沒有開放等等。這是一個恥辱，因為我真的很想喜歡因為我們剛搬到該地區，所以選擇了這家酒店，希望能找到一個推薦給遊客的好地方，但除非這些初期問題得到解決，否則我會猶豫不決。

We were pleasantly surprised by Hotel Lisboa and would definitely recommend it. It's located steps away from Avenida da Liberdade. Very convenient with an eye-pleasing walk down to the main square or over to the Parque Eduardo VII. It was sparkling clean. We couldn't have been happier. We had two rooms, one with a king bed and a pullout in the other room, which my friend said was very comfortable. Large windows that opened to let in fresh air and ambient street sounds. The breakfast buffet had a bit of everything with eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, seeds and coffee. Across the street is a mini-mercado and a delicious restaurant called Honest Greens. Would recommend it too, especially if you're veg. Would stay here again.

可愛，靠近機場，辦理入住較晚，工作人員很令人愉快，她甚至來到我的房間幫我打開窗戶，但把手壞了，所以無法正常關閉。廁所、座椅鬆動……房間不錯，但開著窗戶會聽到一點馬路噪音。 早餐很棒，價格 9.50 歐元，非常合理，選擇很好，甚至還有新鮮的橙子榨汁機。如果你要趕早班飛機，請認真考慮這個地方。 上午10點退房毫無壓力👍

地理位置算是中心區域比較偏僻安靜的區域，到主廣場的話走路十分鐘左右，燈光秀感覺沒有那麼震撼，客房很大，床也很大，整體算是舒適安靜的。服務態度很好很熱情，基本都是有求必應，葡萄牙的服務不知道比隔壁西班牙好幾百倍，重點説下這家酒店的餐廳，貴，1個人吃了3道前菜+1杯波特酒82歐元（主要是2道推薦的主菜是真的貴，而且葡萄牙菜量也很大），在葡萄牙真算貴了，但是真的非常非常好吃，物超所值，經濟條件允許的可以嘗試下，服務也很好，去的比較早就兩三桌，四個服務生輪流過來介紹菜品，點單，推薦酒水和陪聊，選了靠陽台的一桌，一邊吃一邊看燈光秀，感覺還是很不錯的，服務熱情設施齊全的酒店，對單人旅行的旅客可以説是很友好了

工作人員非常出色。酒店很乾淨,房間也很安靜,走廊或門上沒有通常的砰砰聲。考慮到附近有一條主要道路,外面的噪音是不存在的。步行五分鐘內即可搭乘電車,可搭乘渡輪或火車站。車費非常便宜,而且從機場可搭乘短途(私人)車。酒店內沒有賣酒的,離這裏很短的步行就有一個Lidl,早餐還可以,但不是很棒。我會毫不猶豫地回到這家酒店。
