第二次入住了，公寓套間非常適合四人出行

我們在酒店參加婚禮的住宿總的來說非常棒。地點令人驚嘆，為這次活動提供了田園詩般的環境。雖然我們沒有探索水療中心和高爾夫設施，但它們看起來很吸引人。早餐是傳統英式和歐陸式早餐的美味組合，讓我們以高調開始新的一天。 唯一的問題是沒有人幫我們把行李搬到停車場對面的房間，穿著高跟鞋的長途跋涉很困難，尤其是在天氣變幻莫測的情況下。幸運的是，雨停了，我們的旅程稍微輕鬆了一些。 儘管如此，我們還是非常享受這段時光，並會推薦這家酒店，因為它地理位置優越，早餐美味，如果您的房間較遠，請做好步行的準備。

這個週末住在這裡參加朋友的婚禮！ 晚上有公寓。非常好，設施齊全，冰箱裡甚至有茶、咖啡和牛奶，這不是預期的自助式。不幸的是睡得不好，因為臥室太熱了。無法讓任何空調運作，甚至不確定房間裡是否有空調。然後早上意識到套間裡的毛巾散熱器可能是由客房服務人員保持全熱狀態，所以這對炎熱的天氣沒有幫助。凌晨時分，人們走過公寓時也發出許多噪音，汽車的呼嘯聲也把我們吵醒了！ 早上使用了水療設施，它們也很不起眼……不是很乾淨，需要翻新一下。破舊了，感覺不是很乾淨，也不像水療中心，這是一種恥辱，因為我們期待著一個放鬆的水療中心。

我們只因為婚禮而住了一晚，但是哇，真是一個地方。似乎所有的便利設施都在現場。在辦理入住手續時，儘管是在周六深夜，工作人員還是很熱情，非常樂於助人，事實上，儘管正在下雨，但還是帶我們去了我們的生態艙。 生態艙很好而且很基本，但線索就在名字裡。我們的早餐是包含在房費裡的，絕對棒極了，做得很好，而且也很豐盛，所有的工作人員都非常樂於助人。 再次退房是一次愉快的經歷，如果我們再次來到該地區，我們會毫不猶豫地入住或參觀。

免費停車場 可愛的飯店 游泳池很棒。泳池邊的工作人員很可愛而且樂於助人。健身房很大！ 免費毛巾，但長袍 10 英鎊。拖鞋2英鎊。 生態吊艙很棒，只有 x3 的淋浴很可愛。 但很小，很難進入。 餐廳一般！ 早餐是自助餐！ 接待員 SUE 非常棒，非常樂於助人且友好。知識淵博，善良。 酒吧工作人員粗魯！沒有禮貌的年輕人。 典型的高爾夫酒店。

Lovely hotel grounds, rooms good (in need of some tlc here and there), great service and staff lovely. Spa amenities good and treatments wonderful! Tribute night was brilliant, beautifully set out ballroom and food was nice. Late night snack availability would have been nice…. Highly recommend a stay

We booked a deal direct for an overnight stay, dinner, cocktail and breakfast. The venue overall is pretty and the spa facilities are nice. However, the atrium bar was closed for our stay (which we were looking forward to) and the food in general was poor. Dry meat at dinner, dry overcooked breakfast and horrible coffee. We were left very disappointed. On booking, we stated that it was our wedding anniversary and we didn’t even get a happy anniversary or how was your stay on check out. It seems as though if you have booked a deal, they don’t actually care about you! Very underwhelmed and wishing we spent our anniversary elsewhere.

Comfortable accomodations with fantastic customer service skills. My second time attending in September 2024 this time for my mums birthday, where we had a nice relaxing stay. We accessed the pool, steam room, heat beds, jacuzzi, it was amazing. Really nice staff who will deffo make you feel comfortable and at ease. Very professional, great attitude from staff who will go the extra mile to ensure your comfort. I'll be returning back in 2025 for a third visit! And recommended colleague to visit for a relaxing get away Thanks you x

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, rooms nice size and lovely. We went for a charity ball event. Very well organised and the food was nice. The price of drinks was reasonable. The hotel is huge. Never played golf by was told that it's a good course to play on.

Absolutely brilliant stay at this amazing hotel. From start to finish the service was fantastic. It was my partner’s birthday so they upgraded our room and we also got complimentary drinks thrown in. The grounds are lovely and the actual hotel has lovely gems throughout. I would recommend staying here. Emma in the restaurant was exceptionally helpful. Will definitely be back

Our first trip to Old Thorns was for a Caribbean Night Featuring The Marley Experience. We didn't stay at the hotel - just went to the event. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. My main course was a piece of tastless chicken and some black eyed peas. Wasn't worth eating. The desert, a chocolate torte, was great but thats the only thing that was. There was a DJ but it wasn't clear what he was playing . The sound system was so bad we could only hear the base so could be playing anything. When the band started playing the sound system again let them down. There didn't appear to be a sound engineer balancing the sound. The voices were drowned out by a distorted mess of intruments. The experience was so aweful we left before the end.

I love this hotel and always book whenever within the area. The gym and pool are brilliant and the food and drink in the sports bar is spot on and great value for money. Highly recommend this hotel. Staff are always polite and friendly and a great place to chill out after a hard day. Usually stay on business but would definitely use as a break with my wife

Nice hotel with good leisure facilities. The room was spacious and had good facilities. The restaurant service seemed lacking and the atmosphere was incredibly flat making for an awkwardly quiet environment. Other than that, was a great stay

We went to the George Michael and Elton John tribute night and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is lovely, our room had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean and a massive comfy bed. The breakfast is a buffet and was excellent. We'll be back.
