地理位置好，離林茨火車總站約10分鐘車程，附近商家很多還有林茨大教堂，飯店整體舒適整潔，併備有收費地下停車場，若租車自駕相當方便。

設施、用品基本對標國內四五線城市的漢庭酒店，房間有幾處清潔不到位的地方。咖啡盒裡供客人用的攪拌棒是上一撥客户用過的。
工作人員的服務態度可以，要求換到可以開窗、不與另一個房間有門連通的房間，馬上想辦法換了。

房間很新很大，是在歐洲旅遊為數不多能住到的大房間，前台小哥服務很好很友善，離市中心不遠走十幾分鐘有一家麥當勞

萊昂納多很少讓人失望，走進大堂就很格調，工作人員服務也很好。還幫我們介紹了當地推薦的餐館，居住環境也很不錯，空間很大，值得推薦，不錯的入住體驗。

总的来说，一切都很顺利。每个人都很友善。我只是想指出，如果客人无法接受房间窗户不能倾斜通风，那么这间房可能不太适合他们。房间很小，而且对我来说，整晚开着空调是不现实的。

很喜歡。物有所值，前台服務有笑容。也熱情，對非英語流暢的人，也允許用翻譯器，很友好！下次會再來。

從主街走過去需要個6.7分鐘，總體位置還行，本來林茨主城區也不大。前台很熱情，服務態度不錯，房間偏小，衞生好，也夠用。早餐比較簡單，價格實惠，性價比可以。

房間佈置温馨舒適，整體體驗滿分！房間寬敞明亮，床鋪超級舒服，一夜好眠到天亮！服務周到，前台小姐姐熱情又耐心，還送了小零食，體驗超棒！網上下單的時候還有點擔心，結果到店一看跟圖片描述的基本沒有差，沒有任何問題！

酒店很乾凈，在linz這個小城市裡，這個酒店在市中心，走路可以到車站，十分方便，而且早餐在歐洲的酒店裡算是很好的了。

這裡的自費自助早餐：款式多樣化，味道非常好！吃早餐的地方比較大，有足夠的枱讓多人一齊食早餐！有電梯搭至各層，但要用鎖匙咭才可以啓動電梯，我們只可到達自己的樓層，防止有外人進入各樓層，起防盜作用！

員工熱情周到，服務也很好。

在核心景區位置，離教堂很近，乘坐公共交通工具也非常方便

房間設施齊全舒適，在市中心，酒店是老房子改造升級的。房間面積不大，安靜。開車的不方便，停車費貴。早餐很豐盛。

位於林茨中心，房間不是很大，但是乾淨整潔，出去觀光也很方便，小鎮雖然比較小，但是很美，很休閑，適合旅遊觀光。
